Fact is women suck at dating game just as much as men.

If she doesn't make excuses when you ask her out, she definitely likes you, if she flakes on you the first time you ask her out, she doesn't like you and she's using you to get unearned attention and validation
In my experience, anything other than yes, is no. When that occurs, just politely move on, and don't lead her to believe her rejection has broken you. Other women are out there. Don't get angry. This validates her rejection and makes her believe she dodged a bullet. You don't want that. Just move on with dignity and don't paint yourself as either desperate or creepy. This approach may even encourage her to pursue you at a later date.

I agree with skincare but the key with good skin is a good diet and drinking absolutely nothing but water and good hygiene. Your diet can prevent acne. I use absolutely nothing on my skin and people tell me i look 21 and im 30 lol. eat alot of fruit honey and red meat eggs and some veggies. Your diet is everything with good skin. But above all else i agree all these points

Some girls are shy and scared. Not every girl will let you know and they actually try and hide it with a guy they really like. These girls are often worried about liking you too much. This is usually with a guy that she doesn't really see herself with but for some reason can't resist his energy. She likes him for a different reason and needs time to understand her feelings because she most likely has never had a guy make her feel this way before.

I will admit, I sometimes still feel like an incel despite having a girlfriend, probably because I feel that my 20s were a waste, didn't have a serious relationship until the beginning of my 30s.
It causes me to envy and resent couples out there younger than me, people who got to experience having a serious long-term relationship before I did and yes I know people will always say comparison is the thief of joy or don't compare yourself to others.
But I believe it's always has been and always will be part of the human psyche, been that way since the beginning of time to feel upset and depressed when you feel you are not part of the norm.
Because of that I feel like a forever permanent incel for all time, even when I did manage to get a girlfriend.
So yeah even while I did have a girlfriend, I still felt like an incel.
I don't see myself ever getting over this, it will be a pain and wound for the rest of my life.
And I'm not afraid to admit that there have been times over the years I have hated being born male, because I know I'm not the only guy in the world that has this mindset, that men have to do everything in dating and relationships and seduction.

Probably because guys and men to learn and know all of these skills, all of these social behaviors, talk and behave a certain way, act a certain way, walk a certain way or have a certain lifestyle, have a certain body, certain income, and more than that which I either don't know or forgot.
Women are pretty much basically all set for just being born and just existing.
Because being pretty and beautiful is not a skill and it doesn't require any learning, it's not a behavior that takes training

Julia, please give me your IMHO and insight: question you never answer before: when I told her to text me "when she'll have a free evening this or next week" - how long should I wait till contact from her? Should I text her with anything to provoke contact? Actual state of things: met on the gym 2 times, talked for half hour or longer, gave her advice she asked - by text, then I went silent and she text first (like 4 times), between that I text first one time (with banter). Then she send me link to event poster with artist we both like. I treated it like invitation so ask her (keeping cool) if she want to go grab some drink... She textnext day - told her I 'm busy with friends and need to go offline. Next day we met at the gym (wasn't her usula training day) and she knew hours I'll be there. She text later that day, we talkde and banter for a while... Since that day I went silent and so is she. It has been 4 days since we texted and 6 days from "when free evening". She 11 out of 10. I'm really keeping it cool since now. She gave me a lot of positive signals, but now I'm a little bit confused (I'm ill atm).
