Being a well educated person Mr.KTR. i have voted for Trs and now by doing the Lrs thing u people are financially harrasing the poor people. Request u to pls do the best and bring down the Lrs fee. The common and poor middle class people doesnt even have few lakhs to buy themselve some good stuff. And after saving some amount for decades we buy 100 or 150sqyrds and if we are being asked lakhs for Lrs and plus we also need to pay for Brs. I think its totally unfare. I hope they understand that such schemes are killing the middle class people. And i wish and hope that some updates need to be done in it.or Trs will loose badly in next elections if they bring such scheme. Thanks and regards.

Hi, I bought 2 adjacent plots ( 200 + 200 = 400 Sq Yrds ) in a GP Layout near to ibrahimpatnam and registered in 2015 as a single document. Question 1 : How should I consider these 2 plots to calculate LRS fee, I mean, calculate separately 200 & then 200 slab in table 1 ? or Since I have only 1 registered document, whether I have to calculate LRS fee for 400 slab in table 1 ? Question 2 : Can I apply 2 different applications separately for each 200 plot , so that i will get table 1 slab benefit ? Please clarify, on what basis table 1 is considered , plot size wise or Reg. document number wise or total size mentioned in that document .
I understand as per KTR the then market value of the plot will be taken into consideration of at time it was registered , example if 2006 registration on the document then the market value will be calculated as on the 2006 year market value, kindly correct if I am wrong???????????????

I think initial calculation is wrong if plot is 166sqmt then calculation should be 1-100*200=20000 for 100sqmt and 101-167*400=26800 for 67sqmt so total is 46800 for first table...then on this u calculate %tage

Total having 2 registration documents for this do I need to apply individual LRS or only one LRS application. One more question, having only one 30feet road because 200sq yard existed front and 400sq yard existed back. Will they ask two 30ft roads or only one 30ft road?

Hi sir, If it's not having hmda, dtcp or municipality permission for layout, you have to apply for LRS.. If the layout doesn't have 10% open space excluding roads. You have to pay 14% in market value mentioned in your document

How we know about open space is present in the layout. It is confusing. Already many plots are constructed.

సార్ నమస్తే! నేను ఈ మధ్యనే రాజన్న సిరిసిల్ల జిల్లా,మం:తంగళ్ళపల్లి ,తాడూర్ గ్రామములోని గ్రామ కంఠం పరిధిలో ఉన్న ఇల్లు మరియు ఇల్లు కొలతలు మొత్తం కలిసి 1753 చ.గ.అనగా 14 గుంటల స్థలమును కొనుగోలు చేసియున్నాను.ఆగష్టు 27-2020 న బ్యాంకు లో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నిమిత్తమై 45,840 రూపాయలు చాలానా ద్వారా చెల్లింపు చేయడం జరిగింది.తీరా సబ్ రిజిస్ట్రార్ వద్దకు వెళ్ళగా, సబ్ రిజిస్ట్రార్ గారు ఇప్పుడు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయడానికి వీలు లేదు అని తిరస్కరించినారు.అయితే మేము LRS ఫీజు చెల్లింపు చేయాలా, అవసరం లేదా, మేము కొనుగోలు చేసిన ఇల్లు 1954 సం: లో నిర్మాణం చేసినది.ఆనాడు పర్మిషన్ తీసుకున్నట్టు గ్రామ పంచాయతీ లో ఎటువంటి రికార్డులు లభించడం లేదు.ఇపుడు మేము ఏమి చేయాలో అర్థం కావడం లేదు.మాకు అమ్మిన వ్యక్తి నాకు సంబంధం లేదు అని అంటున్నారు.నేను అమ్మిన బయాన మరియు సగం డబ్బులు చెల్లించిన రోజున ఈ LRS నిబంధనలు ఏవిలేవు కాబట్టి అన్నీ మీరే చూసుకొని రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయించుకోవాలి అంటున్నారు. దయచేసి మాకు మీ యొక్క అమూల్యమైన సలహా ఇవ్వగలరని ప్రార్ధన.

I inherited a small sheet roofed house situated in 266 Sq yards site from my mother through an unregistered will after her death about 5 years back. She purchased the same about 20 years back and property tax is being paid since then. Mutation has been done on my name in the municipal records. This house is at a distance of about 20 mtrs distance to the military boundary.
1)Is it eligible to apply for LRS???
2)Wt about the property inherited through a will???

If it's not having hmda, dtcp or municipality permission for layout, you have to apply for LRS..
If the layout doesn't have 10% open space excluding roads. You have to pay 14% in market value mentioned in your document
