Alice in wonderland syndrome is a specific type of hallucinations were your persective is messed up. Things appear bigger or smaller, closer or farther than they really are. It a reference to the times when she grows and shrinks in the story. In this context, coraline is saying that if alice thinks her brand is big or growing, then she must be hallucinating

I think the Alice Cooper thing was a reference to American McGee’s Alice, and the sequel Alice: The Madness Returns. Being an edgy ‘remake’ I mean.
