It's beautiful how all the anger, the desolation, the overwhelming sadness and the feeling of emptiness and suffering that reigns over the main characters is represented in every sound of this song, I love it.
My father was died at 2016. And when I play this game, I remembering Mason's dialogue with his son in a good ending. I also fell when he died. I imagine that when I die, I will see him in the underworld and he will say to me: - You made me proud that day. - I fell... - Yeah...but you got back up.

This soundtrack honestly builds so much emotion with the events of “Suffer with me” & how it impacted on David all those years later when he’s confronted with is Father’s Murderer. Truly the only soundtrack that makes you understand and emphasize with Davi, Woods, and Menendez.

Regardless of what you may think, the Black Ops series will always have a special place in our hearts. This game was possibly the first title to have multiple endings depending on your choices in the previous campaign missions. (You could shoot Mason in the leg so Alex & David could meet each other again. You could do something to save Karma so she can keep Menendez imprisoned, should you spare him & prevent that Cordis Die video) This game, it was so fun. Had so many fun times, the Origins zombies map, fooling around with your buddies in multiplayer, maybe watching Vanoss & his crew having a good time in BO2 on youtube, & many other reasons I couldn’t list down. I may love all of the Black Ops games (yes including BO3 & BO4, say what you will about those titles), but Black Ops 2 for me & many other people, will remain as one of the best games in Call of Duty history.
I started playing it when i was 12 now i am 21. I played it on ps3 like my life depended on it. Last time i played it on ps3 was 2016. On december 2021 i bought bo2 on pc. 5 years later the comeback it was such a great feeling. Now i play bo2 the whole day. Its still that much enjoyable. Now all i need is my old mate to join me. I like the background design of the menu. I would love to experience the same feeling back in Black ops 1 when selecting the zombie mode. They could for ex. make the lights suddenly turning off and the people working, passing in the background disappearing. Leaving behind the damned soundtrack and threatning sounds.

Call me crazy but, seriously, I still think this theme fits so perfect for a Silent Hill game main title screen. I don't know how explain it but, that old retro vinyl sound on this theme fits so perfect for the Akira Yamaoka style. This theme have the perfect vibes for the survival horror Konami franchise..
There’s a lot of horror elements in the campaigns of treyarchs call of duty’s so you’re not crazy at all for that
This brings back memories that never wanted to go away.
This game was the first Call of Duty I got on launch day. I even went to the midnight release of it. Very fond memories of this game.
I like the background design of the menu. I would love to experience the same feeling back in Black ops 1 when selecting the zombie mode. They could for ex. make the lights suddenly turning off and the people working, passing in the background disappearing. Leaving behind the damned soundtrack and threatning sounds.

@Rydergvst hearing 1:06 - 1:12 at 12am January 1st 2025 is gonna make me cry cause I never would've thought in 2012 seeing the year 2025 that my brother would've already been dead, Oct 2022 died from self inflicted gunshot wound to the head 💔. That's how I know that im really in 2025 :(
