This is not the kailali district..This is mahendranagar city in Kanchanpur district and the dodhara chandani bridge is the 2nd longest suspension bridge in Asia and obviously the longest suspension bridge in nepal

Your title is misleading.
Mahendranagar lies in Kanchanpur district, not Kailali. The entire footage was from mahendranagar, Kanchanpur.
Dodhara-Chandani bridge is not a border, it simply connects dodhara-chandani with the rest of kanchanpur.
