Funny thought just came to mind @ 7:57 … aren’t all rocks and basically everything on and in the earth from space? I mean, it all came to the earth from somewhere else, whether while the planet was being formed 5 or 6 billion years ago or sometime between the creation event and now. But I digress and really love meteorites, matter of fact I’m voting for Giant meteorite 2024!
Yeah technically this is true , but what makes meteorites special is that the genetic make up of a stone from earth is due to geological factors that are planet is capable of making. Unlike meteorites that could not have been made by earth's geological events. Such as gold , it can not be formed by are planet. Gold is produced via a supper nova , it's formed when a star dies. But not just any star . It has to be a specific star and has to meet a certain kind of end to its life and has to do with helium being burned up to the point where it's density and gravitational pull is so tightly compressed but than it's magnetic field collapses and it's elemental properties are all the sudden released and reversed than explode outwards with the force of a million nukes going off at once and boom ... The element (au) is made .. and thus gold couldn't have been made terrestrially . Gold is extraterrestrial. So it has to of come from elsewhere in the universe. And the fact that it ended up here is like a billion in one chance ... But if it wasn't here on earth. Our gods wouldn't of ever engineered us to mine it for them. So we wouldn't even exist.. You ever wonder why , if u take a human and drop him off in the middle of anywhere. The first thing he'll do or she'll do is start working. Making a walking stick or a shelter or a tool or something. Expunging vital energy to survive. Any other animal would simply just look for food and water to consume the vital energy needed to sustain life. But not humans . Where engineered to work. And we praise our deities with gold and cover our places of worship with gold. We idealize our gods being covered in gold. So why have we always mind a metal thats only good properties is it's use to protect spacecraft while entering Earth's atmosphere. And to protect electronic components from oxidizing. So golds best use is for electronics and space travel. So why have we always destroyed are planet and landscapes poisoning are Earth's surface land spaces and drinking bodies of water to harvest something that's only good to us to shield us when entering Earth's atmosphere and protects are electronic connections from oxidizing like what happens to batter cables in a car. If these are just things we are barely starting to use as a society . Then why the hell have we been crazy about the stuff since our species beginnings origins. And why are we driven to work instead of worrying about just consuming food and water to survive . Hell we destroy food and water to harvest gold .. And the priest weve chosen to speak to the gods on our behalf we decorate them with the stuff and there temples to be seen from the heavens ( ie. above are planets surface ) to attack the gods who bestow upon us great knowledge and wisdom and give us technological advancements in exchange for the gold. Even are currencies value was based on how much gold we stalked to back it. Until the Fiat money than became backed by its labor force that currently equals it's value of the dollar . ie the slave labor to harvest the gold. Anyways let's sit back and continue to go to war and murder each other over a valuable resource we use to protect ourselves when re-entering Earth's atmosphere and keeps are electronics from getting a bad connection like our cars battery post. When the get hot and oxidize . That's why we use gold on our sim and sd cards and cell phone batteries . So they won't oxidize . Stupid oxygen ruining my electronics connections . I wouldn't even have that problem if I was in outer space 😊 And remember if your hot , get as close to the sun as possible on this planet and you'll freeze to death .mnt Everest .But get as far away from the sun as possible and you'll cook to death. Like in Death valley. That's why only the water that's in direct sunlight freezes but the water in darkness below it doesn't freeze . And if we leave are planet and get even closer to the sun than we really start to freeze . I wonder how close u got to get to the sun in outer space before u would start to warm up...?

So I have a decent size meteorite. And I've emailed so many museums and colleges and gem hunters , and I can't find anywhere to sell it or even take it to be appraised.. all I get is told Is can mail it off to some lab half way around the world to be analyzed , and it was cost me a lot of money to do so. It is pretty cool though to have a very rare mineral and metals that don't normally exist on this planet.. it's amazing how heavy and how ferrous it is , it's definitely not like anything else in this world that I've ever seen..😊
If found while fishing and not magnetic. Could be lead. Very heavey , and used alot for fishing weights. Is it a soft stone? Lead easily rubs off onto other elements like a lead pencil leaves a streak on paper.. also lead will most likely be worn round from environmental factors. Meteorites are usually sharp edged and jagged from not being worn down via environmental factors. Plus they get a type of oxidizing glaze from the extreme heat from entering earths autsmophere . You can also use a tourch and see what colors the flames produce to help establish what is metal properties are. You can actually kind of tell what type of meteorite it is by the color of streak it makes when it enters our atmosphere.
