LadySplitChin another fun to watch post, I too love the color scheme. I love how the eyes bring the figures to life.
Hands are very difficult to draw I agree, there is so much to say about hands and there is a reason why in human anatomy labs faces and hands are covered - recognition, personality and a lot of more
We love building out characters families! Honestly I should do that more in my Campaign world’s npcs.
It would definitely be puzzling whether to join them beyond mutual agreements. So fun so fun
It's something I'm definitely trying to make a very intentional focus on for this campaign, making sure that connections are everywhere and that there are tons of NPCS that can be talked to for help and information! I personally love a good roleplay campaign, so I just love making fun characters for people to interact with. :)) Also I just like knowing that some of my characters have fun family dynamics that go beyond their found families :)
Thinking about the families of characters is really fun! I don't do it as often as I should or want to. Mostly because the "the world is big and this character lives in a different country now" thing is there but family can say a lot about the character or just help get a better feel for the world!

@so.mewhatchaoticsquid-god212 indeed. I really only have a big tree for my 2nd dnd character. Shes a satyr so most of them are alive and a wide tree even though they dont have many sibling sets through the tree.

As in my usual fashion being almost one week late with sharing my thoughts I've finally found the time to sit down and do so. I do enjoy writing a little essay (with a lot less structure) but everytime I feel like I need to take them time to do it thoroughly just to end up rambling again XD
Anyway.. I've actually been wondering what Marilith's family looks like so this is great!
I just love their aesthetic but especially Pryshyssa! Who can say to a pretty lady so strong her arms could crush you c:
She seems strong, silent a little stubborn maybe but also really gentle somehow. That probably describes my favorite character type very well and also dwarfs XD
Also I love that you found the solution to this problem that surely someone would have assumed ill intention in the family structure /i

The art in this one is amazing and for me personally this is still unimaginable in 7 hours. And I must say I also enjoy when you draw draped fabrics and jewelry. It is very pretty!
Your social media posts did jumpscared me a little (in a nice way). I've set myself up to the tasks of getting more active on social media again, maybe finally getting a new Instagram account and actually posting on it! XD
I do like sketching so I'm gonna keep my eyes open hehe
One last addition, as someone who puts a lot of focus on noses I do very much enjoy Niyrah's nose. She does look very pretty even as a ghost!

I've been sitting on drawing Marilith's family for a REALLY long time, from the moment I fleshed her character out, I knew I had to draw more.
Pryshyssa also suddenly became a favorite, it makes me want to develop her plotline a lot futher than I thought I would!
Thank you for always noticing the little details, I truly appreciate it every single time, you always seem to catch the little thing about the drawing that inside I want to bring attention to in a video but I can't just be there for fifteen minutes like "NOSE" "NECKLACE!!" "LOOK AT IT" XD

@@LadySplitChin aahhh I'm so glad to be here as well! And I'm really so happy you enjoy my comments (that tend to be quite a bit delayed lately). I could write three different comments for each video just because I forget a third of all the little things I want to mention throughout the video-
But I just love to look at art and see what little details there are, what the artist might have drawn and went like "hell yeah that lip shape turned out great!“
Ohh and I'd love to hear more of that plotline! I feel like learning about Marilith's family really compliments her character and backstory (or I might just be a sucker for any type of relationships between characters)
