I have the same model. Do you know where the 12v ignition switch fuse is? I bought aftermarket daytime running lights and the instructions call for the white wire to ACC+ and black wire to battery(-).

Stanley Ambeyi I purchased 20A fuse the sales person told me that I needed 15 I said no I need 20A and I followed your instructions. Success!!! ...that plastic tong was definitely needed 🙌🏾👍🏽

Some cars have a single fuse some cars have two fuses but if you look at the other one if it's not working then that means it shares one fuse but if it does work one of them works in the other one doesn't then they separate fuses
Thanks so much for posting this video! I had exactly the same issue with my 2014 CC Executive- the cigarette lighters weren't getting any power, and this video saved me a lot of time! Since there isn't a fuse box diagram in my owner's manual or inside the cover, it's impossible to know which fuse powers which items. You'd have to pull every fuse out, then be careful to put them back in the correct spot, just to find the one fuse which fuse is burnt out- what a pain! Thanks again!

unfortunately that used to be my ex-girlfriends car we are not together but I've gone ahead and taken the liberty to research for you online and for the windshield wiper is the fuse box in the engine compartment. (F31) it's 30 amps
@@girlinthesouth850 sounds like it has wiring issue. Best advice will be to take your car to get your wiring checked, this might be first signs of major problems
I'm having the same problem with my scirooco 2010, my heater blower has stopped working and trying to find the fuse for it is proving impossible, does not tell you anywhere, vw will not tell you because they would like the to go to the dealer, can't find anything on the internet, could you do one on a blower fuse😂

Does the front and back cigarette lighter use the same fuse?

so i opened my fuse box and fuse f44 had a 15amp fuse in it but yours has 30amp. Mine has blown twice in the past week, so should i put the 30amp?
