The book is much better than the movie. Our first child was stillborn on October 26,1970, and naturally that part of the story, about his sister in Heaven, really touched my heart ❤️

Having lost my nine month old daughter 32 years ago this month, I LOVE knowing that she will greet me and hug me when I join her in heaven. I cried when I read that part in the book, when Colton told you that in the movie, when I saw him share it in his testimony, and now as you talked about how that felt for you. Such a bittersweet experience! Such a glorious hope!!
This movie has given me a lot of hope and solace. I lost my mom and I am looking for affirmation to know she is in a better place. I love her so much and this movie has made me to know she is doing fine. I have watched the movie like 4 times just in a day. It is quite comforting. ❤️

Why?
I have the DVD, and Colton's experience is amazing! It's one thing to dream of being in Heaven, but when he began to speak of events he had NO foreknowledge of, that changes everything. I don't want to spoil anything for those who haven't seen the movie. I became a Christian when I was 13, am now 75, and have lived by faith. God has never failed me.
Our world is in turmoil, and I wonder if Colton's story wasn't a gift of God to those who struggle to believe.
Dear reader, if you are one of those who struggle, I urge you to watch Colton's story. It will ease your heart and give you unspeakable peace.

Great show it was so nice to see them. I believe Coltons experience, 3 year olds can't make up such a thing. And I believe God has used their experience to help people, its wonderful. It has given peace to so many and brought people to God. And the bible backs up his experience, it says people are going to have visions and dream dreams. The book is SO much better than the movie in my humble opinion. I just watched the movie last week but I read the book when my Grandad passed away in 2015. I was very close to my Grandad and when he passed it was pretty tough for me but my sister passed away in May of this year. She had renal cancer and died at the young age of 53. We were only 11 months and 2 weeks apart in age and her passing has been so much harder going through the grief process. So I watched the movie "Heaven Is Real" hoping to give me more comfort in the grief process. God Bless Colton and his whole family.
This happened to me when I was 7 and jesus told me that he was not the ready for me he said he was going to gave me back to my mom and dad because they need me more then he do

This story is so beautiful and heartwarming. It makes me emotional when I listen to it. I wholeheartedly agree with their testimony. I have two children in heaven and I know they are enjoying the beautiful life with Jesus and God in the heavenly paradise. Yes but we need to fix our relationship to our Lord God. I admit I am a sinner person and I forgat our God. The evil occupied my body and did a lot of sins which is against to our God commandments. Until one day, The big trial to my life came. I thought this is the punishment but I realised this is the way to knocked in my heart. Our Lord God love me. I open it and totally change my life. I forget all the bad things I'm doing before and my purpose to do how to help people and to worship our Lord. just recently I found this testimony by Colton Burpo and truly believed. My life now is in the right direction. Thanks God.

I had my mom watch the movie and after she did she called me to tell me she was gonna get to see with her twin sister that had died a few years before. She really wasn't sure before, even though she was a Christian. She passed 2 years ago I am waiting to be with her and my aunt in Heaven. Thank you and God for this movie. God bless your family.

Thank you so much for this update. Discovering your book 4 years ago changed my faith and my life both spiritually and practically. Since then, I’ve been looking for more recent interviews with Colton and was delighted to find these clips. It was uplifting to hear that neither he nor you have diverged from the truth since those amazing days years ago. I keep recommending and lending your books to family and friends but somehow never get them back. God continues to use you and your story. Thank you for your obedience in sharing it.
This is dated the end of May and you JUST saw the movie for the first time...I've watched this story probably already dozens of times...have it saved and it's extra sometimes when I need God closer...Yeshua is so handsome...so beautiful...

I thank God that he had these wonderful Christians put out a book and movie to testify that heaven is for real, and the painting of the Prince of Peace of Jesus is exactly who I saw went I went to heaven myself and saw Jesus, his appearance, eye color, his hands held up to the Father praying for us who are being saved, and I cried when I saw that others like Akiane [Little Russian artistt who painted the Jesus she saw in heaven at age four, and the Jesus that Colton saw in heaven at age three. Two of God's angels took me to heaven in 2007, and it was a beautiful experience to meet the God who is Love. I felt pure love and saw it in his blue-green eyes, and saw the glowing appearance of God the Father on His Throne. I couldn't see his face but I was very aware of Him, His Authority, and I knew He was the Father God, and I saw millions of colors of Galaxy's that can't be described as to their beauty in God's creation, I saw angels with glowing wings descending to earth and ascending back up to heaven on a staircase, and I saw a fountain of living water, that sprang up into the sky, and i heard the most beautiful song being sung from the fountain of Life, it's color was like pure crystal and I was amazed at the beauty of the fountain and I knew it was Alive. Try explaining this to those who haven't seen these things in heaven ... some who believe will listen and some won't. But it's so hard not to talk about what you've seen in heaven if you've been there. And you don't want to leave. The Loving Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are there, and God is everywhere, so it's not easy to come back to this world but just knowing you'll see God in heaven again, well, that's so comforting and gives a person a reason to know God better and to let others know that Heaven is for real, and to call upon the Name of the Lord and he will answer you. If you don't know Jesus, then now would be the best time to seek him. Gid Loves you!

I lost my baby when it was only 1-2 months old. I started bleeding, my dr actually cut my stomach open and took my baby and 6 hanging cysts on one ovary and 7 on the other. Had a good 10 stitches. He said he almost gave me a hysterectomy but held off but did take give me a tubal ligation. I have always wondered what sex my child was. This happened in 1979. Not a day goes by without me thinking about his. I wish I knew my child. Anything I buy that represents my children I buy it to represent my 4 children not my 3 living children. God Bless my baby
My favorite part when i go to heaven is to return to earth with to see the past over late 90's 2000's 2010's months and weeks to see every memories to see classics and moderns stuff buildings trees roads cars vans trucks beach lakes storms snow many more in the past.
What I commented on Colton's video is the same comment I need to make to you both. God released this information through Colton for His purposes. God's chose the perfect person and the perfect time to give all us the fact of heaven. Just as Jesus came at just the right time....this information about heaven is very important for our time. I do thank you for doing what God asked of you. To all the skeptics don't miss the time of your visitation...This is God's time and if you don't believe then you miss God's message to you.

I Absolutely love the Burpo family and Book and Movie. I see my God my daddy Jesus His son and my Savior and HOLY SPIRIT my Jesus in me directing my life and my God keep pouring Their LOVE over me all the time ¹

I listen to hundreds of NDEs. I find them to be very comforting and stimulating. I found this book to be very frustrating to read. I felt that Colton’s dad took his sons story and pushed and pulled the experiences to fit particular dogma. I’m sure that this is my own issue. I realize that most NDEers experiences are colored through their own cultural/religious background. That doesn’t usually bother me except in instances of fundamental or radicalized religions. I have mistrust of organized religions that claimed to own the whole truth. It doesn’t mater if it is radical Christian, Muslim or Jewish practices. God is bigger and beyond any human traditions. Please forgive me if this feels offensive. It is not meant to hurt or disrespect others. I’m happy if it brings faith and comfort to many people.
Jesus is Emanuel which means “With us IS God” El means The Almighty. Emanu means with us is.
I saw an hour long interview with Colton from June 2021. Colton was 21 years old. Based on what Colton said, I would recommend he get training in basic apologetics and doctrine. For example ...
The interviewer proposed the objection of those who say, quoting Scripture from John 3, that "no man has ascended to Heaven except He who descended from Heaven, even the Son of Man who is in Heaven. " And people quote that Scripture in refutation of Colton's claim of visiting Heaven.
Colton had no answer, except to double down in his insistence of visiting Heaven. I was disappointed in his lack of preparation in knowing Scripture. If he really knew Scripture, he would have known that in full context, that Scripture deals with the resurrection and ascension of Jesus to the Throne of God in Heaven. It has nothing to do with people who die and live to tell about it. Nothing at all.
Colton ought to do more studying in the Word.

@@lalalinda36 Ma'am, he wasn't 4 years old at the time of this particular interview. He was 21. He's an adult now and he needs to prepare himself better for difficult questions.
Either people are going to believe or or they aren't. We cannot go around preparing perfect situations/ interviews. Don't nitpick The Way Colton handles things. God wanted him to share his story and that's what he is doing. God didn't say he had to do it perfectly or to your satisfaction.

Great for God to give a backup system of people for Colton, when the books and movie came out. As a child, it could have devastated him to get a bunch of negative attacks, with no positives! Happened to me, as an adult, having an NDE Hell experience........ The cruelty of the people you're trying to help, not have to go to Hell, is disgusting to lay on someone, giving Divine Love and Truth.........Repent.

I don't believe that Colton says humans in heaven have wings. There is no scriptural basis for this.
When John saw some of the more crucial parts of events in Heaven God told him not to write down other things that he saw as we are not to know this. No mind has conceived of what is in store for us in Heaven. I believe via experience that our spirit can leave the body but only a few feet away. It doesn't go to heaven. It happened to my Mom as well. She saw a dark chasm and a light far away but immediately came back in to her body when a nurse gave he an injection.
Everything is not in the bible.
Actually, Ezekiel has a description, and also, going back to the exact things they God told moses, I believe is like a statue if two cherubs over the mercy seat?
@@hannahrosa5485 We all have the ability to "come out of our body", but not all are allowed a glimpse of Heaven. Sometimes we can see into another dimension, but we always have the golden "cord" attached until our time to actually die and cross over into another dimension, i.e. Heaven.

Why didn't Todd question Colton more closely about him saying Pop had a new body (page 135 of the book) since the bodily resurrection won't occur until Jesus returns (1 Thess. 4:16-17)? Todd as a Wesleyan seminary honors graduate should have spotted its significance immediately and doubted the validity of his son having visited the real heaven during his crisis.
Your heavenly/spiritual body goes immediately to heaven after death. Your body resurrection happens when we live on the New Earth which will happen after this earth is destroyed.
With God, ALL things are possible.

How come Paul said he saw things that were unlawful to speak about and these people became rich from telling what this little kid says he saw.
Maybe Paul was told not to speak and Colton was not given any such direction?
