It’s so cathartic when Chris turns the heat up on a guy. I’m excited for Ken and Dane to cover an episode where Chris hits him with the “wanna try that again.”
Veteran MP here. He gets hit with all the civilian crimes and the military will prosecute him for UCMJ(Uniform Code of Military Justice) violations on TOP of that. The sentences are also consecutive NOT concurrent. If the civilian court gives him 5 years in jail and the Courts Martial gives him 7 he is going to spend 12 years in jail. 5 in civilian and 7 at Leavenworth. For this kind of case he is potentially looking at violations of Articles 92 Violation of orders (2 years max), Art 97 Unlawful Detention (3 year max), Art 120b Child R-word (between 15 to LIFE max), Art 120C creating CP because he brought the camera (5-12 years max), and if married Art 134 Adultery(1 Year).
I actually see it as a "good" sign when they say no to snacks. At least then you know they're still too uncomfortable/nervous to eat. Also, they don't deserve cookies. They deserve a roundhouse kick to the face.
Not in this guys case. I know what you mean about the predators that seemed borderline reluctant. This guy, however, was in a huge rush to get her alone upstairs with a camera. That just horrifies me.
The military takes priority. The military would arrest him and he would be tried thru the military first. After which being released from the military prison, the state could charge him as well. But the military always gets first priority when it's a service member that commits an offense, they will straight up come to the civilian jail and take the person themselves.
It really depends on what it is. If it’s for you and the boys gettin a little too drunk off base then you’ll sit in civilian jail if arrested by regular police.
"Fun" fact: Ernest died of liver failure in a community medical center while under guard from Ocean County police on September 7, 2007, at the age of 33 after he intentionally stopped taking medication in order to avoid a prison term. From the tcap wiki.
@@ishrendon6435 We are not living in nature where we need to procreate as fast as possible to survive. We are sentient humans with an extremely developed society. In fact, there's too many humans, and we don't need any more. Rape is also very common in the animal kingdom. As is parents eating their newborn offspring. It doesn't mean that's how our society should be as well.
When I was married to somebody in the military a friends neighbor got caught up in one of these stings. After he was released the military police started following him around and they found him with another underage girl. Not sure what happened to him after that but the whole things was kinda sad because his wife just died and he had a 9 month old son. Some ppl are really messed up
If this is what he does in a country where he can be held accountable, imagine what he’s probably done to children in other countries he’s been stationed in where he could more easily get away with it.
When you are military you are charged under the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) if the charge occurred on base. If the crime occurs off base you can be charged by civilian courts and/or military courts. Often times the civilian agencies hand it over to the military because the sentences are more strict, not to mention the person is under contract to the military. As soon as the military finds out about the charges they will try to take it over and military prison is far worse than regular prison. My other thought is he may be claiming to be military and getting ready to deploy but has never been in the military or couldn't handle it and got booted early on in military training.
Honestly, Ernest should have seen the red flag and bounced as soon as the decoy used the word "dinking". But then again, he also unironically uses the word "boobies", so he's got the brain of a 5 year old.
as someone who sweats a lot when their anxiety is bad, i would usually be like hey let’s not make fun of this person for something like this, but honestly he deserves it

"No sir, I was a joke." That one always gets a chuckle out of me when Ernest says that. Speaking of jokes, you might say that Mr. Timmons made an Ernest (earnest) attempt to get the decoy to start moving to the bedroom.
I was in the Navy, basically if you get caught doing anything illegal, you go through the chain of command. If youre caught by civilian police you go through their court system first then youre charged in accordance with the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) by the highest ranking officer of the command the offending personnel is attached to. After youre separated, you serve whatever the civilian court charged you with.
@@mshake7056 He did die but from what I looked up, he did get arrested but stopped taking his meds. Down the line, due to that he was later hospitalized where he later died. I think it says he had life insurance, so people speculate that he it to "make it up" to his wife and kids.
Imagine what this guy would be doing on Iraq with a US uniform and the machinery available to him!! Preying on poor young children on a warzone. This might have been the most significant arrest the show has ever done! The amount of lives he would have destroyed at gunpoint...😔
tbh i hope he was telling the truth that he was military cause of the severity of the punishment that awaited him (he commited the unaliving by appearently stopping his liver meds) but there is a much higher chance hes a lier and was not apart of the military at all due to a few inconsistances with his story and the liver meds thing - im fairly certain the military would have discharged him or wouldn't have contracted him to begin with if he needed medication for his liver for him to live, huge hinderance in the battlefield
i doubt he'd try to pull this shit on deployment. he'd go MIA overnight if any of his squadmates found out what he was doing - and it wouldn't be hard for them to find out what he was doing.
I mean, that helps literally no one so kay. Do the crime, do your time, move on. If a danger be monitored for community safety. Besides being morally bad, defininitive studies show that offenders in thst kind of situation are far more likely to reoffend. So you are really just advocating for more crime, more pain, and less fairness in the criminal justice system.

I think it’s funny how Chris is roasting tf out of this guy and then he starts crying when he tells him it’s gonna be on tv 😂😭 actually cant tell if he was crying or if the sweat just got in his eyes 🤣
Just a note about this dude for those of you curious. He had a wife and young daughter when he was caught in this, and chose to just stop taking his needed medication and die than go to prison. As it turns out his family would've lost military benefits (financially speaking) if he was convicted, so he chose to die so they could still get benefits and not end up homeless. I've heard TCAPers say this dude was a victim of entrapment, but the "Let's go upstairs for a minute" and his chat (which is awful) denounce all of that. As an avid watcher of tcap this guy is in my mind the most pathetic predator ever shown. Takes no responsibility for what he did with both Chris and the police, and whines like a toddler when he's caught. Rot in hell.
Thank you for the funny video today 😄 I pulled muscles in my back and I'm kinda bed ridden for a few days so getting to see yall laugh helps me so much
I'm guessing he would have at the minimum, been dishonourably discharged, but we'll never know where he would serve his time cause he died of liver failure while awaiting trial.
@Rebecca The Great Kinda hard to see that good side in him, when he deliberately preys on vulnerable children.... Personally, you can be freaking Superman but if you attack children, you're not worth it and need to be locked up.
I cant get over how they think she doesn't look 13, I work at a gas station and have to card people, the amount of times I've caught 13-17yr olds trying to buy alcohol/tobacco who would've easily gotten away with it if I hadn't been paranoid about the "if they look under 40yrs old, card them!" rule is insane. Seriously it's insane how kids look older, theyre either maturing way too fast, or they're seriously good with makeup.
I IDed a guy the other day that looked 16 and turns out he was 30. I was like how do you have such smooth skin and you're 4 years younger than me tell me your secrets!
You get double punished, from the military judicial punishment to the regular civilian punishment. Typically the civilian side goes easy on you because once they know you are military they know the punishment will be much much harsher. You go to the military jail known as the Brig, and you lose everything you worked on for the past 3-4 years rank wise. In some cases you just get discharged after you serve your jail time in the military.
Genuine question, what is the reason for there to be a seperate prison for the military? Is it expected that prisoners who have had military training would need stricter security than standard prisoners?
@@MrVisualHigh that’s part of it, the other part is that the government is responsible for the actions you take. Anything you do reflects directly on our government, all the contractual agreements you sign when you join essentially make you a liability to them. Thus by putting you in the brig they show that they are taking responsibility for your actions.

It’s so cathartic when Chris turns the heat up on a guy. I’m excited for Ken and Dane to cover an episode where Chris hits him with the “wanna try that again.”
As Kevin, I have no recollection of this man, prolly because I wasn't born yet lol
@@Creshex8still because he was nervous
He wanted to get in and out
No, they deserve cookies. Raisins and asbestos cookies.
The military takes priority. The military would arrest him and he would be tried thru the military first. After which being released from the military prison, the state could charge him as well. But the military always gets first priority when it's a service member that commits an offense, they will straight up come to the civilian jail and take the person themselves.
Wrong
He can most definitely do his time in normal prison, it happened when I was in the marines, he got discharged and was sent to normal ass prison
It really depends on what it is. If it’s for you and the boys gettin a little too drunk off base then you’ll sit in civilian jail if arrested by regular police.
Gulag. going straight to gulag
Not for this stuff… which is ironic…
You know Chris didn't just roast the guy to sweat, he just brought the whole rotisserie.
The guy is straight up melting on camera!
I feel as though not using the mom in Home Alone screaming "KEVIN!" was a wasted opportunity, LOL! 🤣
"Fun" fact: Ernest died of liver failure in a community medical center while under guard from Ocean County police on September 7, 2007, at the age of 33 after he intentionally stopped taking medication in order to avoid a prison term. From the tcap wiki.
Chris Hansen: “He tells the decoy he can’t stay long”
Me: “ Oh so we’re dealing with a minute man 😂”
BAA-ZING!🤣
Your spider-pool 💕
Thats how it should be, in nature all male animals its about getting off and leaving fast and far away from the female . Its really common
Weird. A guy named Kevin is responsible for everything I've ever done bad too. I'm just glad there's some corroborating evidence of Kevin

When I was married to somebody in the military a friends neighbor got caught up in one of these stings. After he was released the military police started following him around and they found him with another underage girl. Not sure what happened to him after that but the whole things was kinda sad because his wife just died and he had a 9 month old son. Some ppl are really messed up
😨
Wow…
Dudes sweating like a freaking cartoon character that sweats a river. I love these videos, hope to see you guys keep doing some more.
The brig. Basically federal prison with PT everyday
Mr krabs commits multiple war crimes
yeah, but the Kevin from the base was pulled so quick tho, that threw me off as possibly in the military
Honestly, Ernest should have seen the red flag and bounced as soon as the decoy used the word "dinking".
But then again, he also unironically uses the word "boobies", so he's got the brain of a 5 year old.
Yeah, it seems like they mostly catch predators with low intelligence. Some of the predators they caught even had literal brain damage.
People make up words sometimes if it wasn’t a word… also please don’t insult 5-year-olds
@3 Slices Senpai just replying to say I like your pfp.

Really hope they get to the predator with cerebral palsy. Also, the "I don't want this cookie" one.🤣
The Role play chat room one 😂😂
as someone who sweats a lot when their anxiety is bad, i would usually be like hey let’s not make fun of this person for something like this, but honestly he deserves it
I love how all the cops try to say "Police Get on the ground" all at the same time & it just sounds like incoherent screaming. The guys like a deer in the headlights.

Love watching scum bags getting caught being scummy and then two hilarious friends just rip into them. That’s why I enjoy this series so much. Keep it up guys!
Finally! I just got into this channel and I have been searching for the backstory of Kevin 😂😂
"No sir, I was a joke." That one always gets a chuckle out of me when Ernest says that. Speaking of jokes, you might say that Mr. Timmons made an Ernest (earnest) attempt to get the decoy to start moving to the bedroom.
It's rumored that 'Kevin' was Kevin Westerbeck, another predator that shows up in an older episode.
No its not, the dude just made up a random name
@@beepbeeplettuce5890 He mightve meant it as a joke... Or he heard it from a conspiracy theory. They link up some pretty bizarre things.
Someone once “linked” Kevin Westerbeck with Ernest Timmons since Kevin did contractor work at _an_ Air Force Base before getting caught
if only there weren't over a million people with the first name 'Kevin' in the US alone.
So basically, he'd be in trouble with local PD AND with the UCMJ. He definitely got reduction in rank before he was discharged.
He died before his trials
Love when you guys do this show! I hope Hansen puts him in a blender 😂
Predator smoke, don't breathe this!
I love watching these not love watching what predators do or obviously think about doing but watching them get caught is so satisfying
If he is found guilty, he will be processed out and if the Military gives him no jail time he will still have charges in the civilian sector.
He died before any of that stuff happened...he literally drank himself to death
@@mshake7056 He did die but from what I looked up, he did get arrested but stopped taking his meds. Down the line, due to that he was later hospitalized where he later died. I think it says he had life insurance, so people speculate that he it to "make it up" to his wife and kids.
Hey ken & buff! I’m currently going through a bad heartbreak and you guys have made me laugh for the first time in a few days 💛
There was another one too, he bought a camera and a gun to film his torture....
In*
@@jabberjaw4289 thanks man
i doubt he'd try to pull this shit on deployment. he'd go MIA overnight if any of his squadmates found out what he was doing - and it wouldn't be hard for them to find out what he was doing.
Me having a really bad pain day, watching Ken & Dane rib on predators for the schadenfreude. Never fails to help.
Chris is bringing on the heat so hard the man is evaporating.
I'm just relieved that this dastardly Kevin's doings are finally being brought to the light, too long have I suffered alone!!
SPREAD THE FACES AND NEVER LET THEM GO UNKNOWN! love you guys
I mean, that helps literally no one so kay. Do the crime, do your time, move on. If a danger be monitored for community safety.
All spreading more hate does is create mentally I'll oppressed class of people who cant find housing, jobs, or any meaningful social life.
Besides being morally bad, defininitive studies show that offenders in thst kind of situation are far more likely to reoffend.
So you are really just advocating for more crime, more pain, and less fairness in the criminal justice system.
@@arkainin4638kinda deserved since they were trying to take advantage of underage girls .
Nothing better to do on my lunch break than to watch a predator go to prison 💖
Love you guys! My friends and I have been roasting these videos for years. So glad you made a show of this!
Watching that guy from shot to shot was like watching a comedy where they just pour more and more water over the person's head to make it look like they're sweating. I have _never_ seen that much sweat appear from nowhere IRL before! 😂🤣
With as much as he was sweating, it's a good thing they didn't taze him. Everyone would have been electrocuted. 😂
Ken should be a radio host. His voice is amazing. I love this channel. Best you TH-camrs by far❤️
I hope you guys are well. Hope someone gets tazed today. I appreciate the amount of content you guys push out
I think it’s funny how Chris is roasting tf out of this guy and then he starts crying when he tells him it’s gonna be on tv 😂😭 actually cant tell if he was crying or if the sweat just got in his eyes 🤣
I think it was a liver condition as well, which may to an extent explain the profuse sweating.
Thank you for the funny video today 😄 I pulled muscles in my back and I'm kinda bed ridden for a few days so getting to see yall laugh helps me so much
hope you feel better soon!(: rice time (rest, ice, compression, elevate), or whatever works for you (:
I'm guessing he would have at the minimum, been dishonourably discharged, but we'll never know where he would serve his time cause he died of liver failure while awaiting trial.
I heard he stopped taking meds for his liver and basically killed himself
@@beepbeeplettuce5890 wouldn't be a shock considering what he was about to go to prison for lmfao tbh good ridence, one less monster in the world

God, I love it when they cry
I cant get over how they think she doesn't look 13, I work at a gas station and have to card people, the amount of times I've caught 13-17yr olds trying to buy alcohol/tobacco who would've easily gotten away with it if I hadn't been paranoid about the "if they look under 40yrs old, card them!" rule is insane. Seriously it's insane how kids look older, theyre either maturing way too fast, or they're seriously good with makeup.

Absolutely
