Also I agree with setting up your own community, I got rid of Facebook a while ago and it would be nice to participate in some of these that don't require Facebook accounts
Me and my wife finished paying off our house with about 130ish at the time and dropped 22 years interest on the loan saving a ton , then went and had dinner at a nice place and topped it off with chilled champagne at home 🥂
Well, pay off my capital one credit card to pay for the months materials, get an immediate 2% gain, pay that to my best employees, then earn another 25% on that cash I did not have to spend from my bank account in the next month by adding another bunch of contracts I could not have otherwise.
