THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIII (ザ・キング・オブ・ファイターズ XIII) is a fighting game, originally released by SNK Playmore in the year 2010 for Arcade, and also later released for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, and more recently relaunched for Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch under the name of The King of Fighters XIII: Global Match, with netcode rollback and general improvements for online matches.

@Zel_Brando Não tem KOF13 no Fightcade, se não estão jogando por console ou pela Steam, é algum outro meio (sei que "tem jeito" pq já vi passarem em grupo de WhatsApp, mas não sei se é confiável), mas no FC não tem, o KOF mais recente que tem é o 11.

@Zel_Brando nunca testei, mas já ouvi falar de GM Arcade, GGPO-Z e GOTVG, mas dúvido que em popularidade tenham mais gente que o Fightcade... você pode tentar encontrar alguém pra jogar nos grupos do Discord ou do Whatsapp

im usinng keyboard for playing this game i dont know how charge characters work i even got a ps4 controller it still doe not work

Both the keyboard and the controller should work the same way.
You hold it back for about two seconds, press it forward and punch.
Or hold down for about two seconds, press up and kick.

@@yoshikagekira1807 It's not difficult, it's something you're doing wrong, maybe you're doing it too slowly. For example, if you hold down, then up and press kick and your character jumps, it's because it's too slow, you have to press up almost at the same time as the kick.

Update: Weirdly my Nivôses are more consistent that my Ventôses need to practice this thanks for the tip bro and also I tried My Moon Slashers on Leona it's better than my Baltic launcher input
