    Two good 70's fans in a great condition. Wow! Jackpot. Working non-stop without any trouble for 50 years..nice.this might be having threaded downrod

      All of them have Threaded Downrod except that Anchor 56"

      These 1970's to 2000's fans are quite durable and maintenance free.. Awesome performance as well. Many people still use these as these fans are the only ones which can give the required amount of air which we need now...and if you maintain them they will match today's decor as well..but who will make people understand this.

      @@neil.v3235 what to say...but still at least we have high speed...though it cannot give us the feel of high breeze but in a way is just a modified version of it. Both give 230 cmm thick airflow. Only speed and winding difference

      @UCwQ0mUJu-eQ-WdDsX-0MpGQ Agreed, But some people Always Want High speed Fans whether it gives air or no they don't care but they want Highest Speed Fan. This is becoming the Mentality.
      That's the Reason Old and Nice fans are being thrown away.

      Original Canopies are not there, these canopies are from 90s Dec air.
      That got replaced by this Anchor fan

      @@Electroplusenergy8173 my classmate Damaged it's Blades. When I was in this class. It stopped working so they threw it and replaced with this Anchor.

    Anchor xl have cg canopy Maybe cg was not repaired so installed anchor

      There was a CG Dec air fan there previously. It had bent blades and wobble issues so discarded it's motor and installed Anchor fan on Dec air Downrod

    Those 70s High Breeze fans are indeed durable. My grandparents had 3 of those from 1978. Many places these fans are still in use. Some people are removing because of renovation.

    Even Usha Prima is a nice fan. Could be commonly seen till late 2000s early 2010s. Used to be commonly seen usually at railway stations, schools, halls, shops, etc.

      Yes. All old Usha fans are good.
      My relatives have 5 Usha Pulsars from 1988-89. They're still using them. Only capacitors have been replaced.

    The speed of those 1970s HB fans are 290 rpm due to 18 pole motor, whereas the HB fans in the 1990s are 310 - 320 rpm, faster than the 70s version due to 16 pole motor, but Air Delivery on both HB fans are similar.

      I see, no fan Wobbles because of absence of its Decorative Ring. This one's Blades were bent and motor Bolt loose.
