Factory Reset a Gabb Watch 3

I couldn't find any public documentation about how to reset a Gabb Watch 3. I scoured the internet and looked all over TH-cam and could not find a guide. In the end I messed around with it enough until I figured it out myself and then recorded this to help anybody else out there struggling the way I was.

Quick question: do you know if you can factory reset the watch and then use it wifi-only? I want to give my daughter this watch but I don’t want to spend $15/month if she can just connect to wifi at her friends houses.

What to do if you can't even pair it to the app?? I keep getting error message "Error when reading Gabb Child device Devices" or "Error when reading Gabb Id"
