I love how they’ve added a way to gain manpower through communism. From what ive seen most small countries are forced to go fascist due to the need for manpower but the new dlc opens a lot of possibilities. Also i love how by playing luxemburg the only thing you achieved was changing colour which in itself is an incredible feat.

I actually have something of an idea for a way for Luxemburg to be relevant. It's a bit silly, and probably not actually viable Basically, the idea is to make Super Heavy Tanks, with an eventual requirement of 5 divisions of them, but just one for defense for most of the war should be fine. Simply put, you focus your entire industry into these, with the eventual goal of making a one tile line through Liege and Leuven to reach Antwerp and just defend this line with nigh invulnerable tanks to provide a secure port for D-Day.
It’s really refreshing watching ISP give worthless nations a genuine try rather than just LUXEMBOURG WORLD CONQUEST with mods/console commands/exploits
