I slept sort of like that in the back seat of a GMC Terrain I used to have. Back when I was homeless in 2022. I would watch TH-cam videos and I still had enthusiasm for life and living. I definitely don't miss THAT time. I don't mind doing it again but I'd rather do it for FUN instead of NECESSITY!

i love listening to rain in my car, and could totally fall asleep to it. Sometimes on my lunch, when we have rainstorms, i park in my safe hiding spot, set my alarm, and take a power nap! its amazing!
