That is Rosterie! Paneer is quite soft and when u put into Rosterie chances are paneer will break. Things like chicken or fish are good to put in Rosterie. For paneer tikka low rack are perfect ! For paneer tikka there is a auto cook menu in this model you can follow that very easy.
For me it is useful, I used to cook so many food (including curry and tikkas) and it treat everything so well. Its Auto cook menu is very easy. For me personally it is very useful.

pasteurized is bit different then Boiled .. pasteurized milk does not kill good bacteria as it not goes to Boiling temperature
