I tried these out today and they turned out pretty great. I had to make a few adjustments to your recipe:
    1. Used about 30 g more flour (bread flour) + 1tsp water because my dough did not pull together as well as yours did
    2. Powdered salt and sugar together to very fine powder before mixing in
    3. Since I did not have baking powder I used baking soda + 1 tbsp vinegar to achieve the rising effect
    4. I brushed milk on the top of the biscuits mixed with some sugar to achieve some more browning
This was very easy and the biscuits were delicious. Thank you so much!

Believe me I have tried so many recipes for Osmania biscuits but all failed. This one is superb.i tried this, took 45 to 50 min at 150 degrees to bake and get gold.but result was exaCccccly like the authentic Hyderabad ones. That light hint of salt, the texture, flavour, no compromise. Thanks a lootttttt Yaman Bhai.your recipes are so honesT. Can visualize us in you and the samE zeal to discover the perfect recipes.Hatsoff!!

    Dear Sir,
I was living in Hyderabad. I used to enjoy such good biscuits at *Kishore Cafe* at Kothi, Hyderabad.
It is very unfortunate that I could not find such biscuits anywhere till today.. and therefore I have decided to learn the recipe of such good Khare biscuits.
Since you are in the field and also from the place of origin, Hyderabad, may I request you to kindly favour by forwarding video for Osmania Khare biscuits too!
(Karachi Bakary is good but not like Kishore Cafe..which was ultimate!!

    Yaman,
I don’t have soya at home and will not be able to use it, will be trying the biscuits without them. I’m not sure which butter is being used in this recipe, salted or unsalted, but the recipe looks great and will be trying it out tomorrow. By the way, I made the chocolate sponge cake today and the thing was that it seemed to be less sweet, am not sure why. Will send my comment after I’ve made the biscuits and let you know, thanks for the interesting recipes
