If I had to predict what would be the next set coming up for the Coliseum Collection, it would have to be Ricky Steamboat vs Randy Savage. Being that the reveal is happening during Wrestlemania week, it makes perfect sense. Steamboat/Savage is one of the greatest matches in Wrestlemania history.
that would be cool, or if they go a little further on the timeline and just have the Coliseum packaging, have a Bret Hart-Steve Austin pack like this from WrestleMania 13. Have a bloody head with Austin that you can change.
That would make a lot of sense and be a fairly popular choice as well I would think

Mattel Creations just had a BOGO sale for one 50 percent off. I picked up the Hogan/Funk set with this. The packaging is absolutely immaculate. I usually throw out the boxes but I think I'll keep them for these.
I filed the arm open on my LJN Rude figure so I could make him throw a punch. I have AWA figures with burns on their heads from Mid South style fireball attacks with a lighter. I even have a vintage 70s Lone Ranger with permanent marker on his face to make him the third Road Warrior. Yup, I was stupid kid.

Thank you for the video, Kyle. My first ever wrestling figure as a child back in the days was the Hasbro Jake "the snake" Roberts with the snake as accessoire. If I remember correctly Rick Rude was also in this first line of Hasbro. Best wishes from Germany Chris :)

Awesome review! My only complaint is the attire selection for rude, it would have been cool to see the tights with Jake Roberts wife’s face airbrushed on them. It was such a memorable part of that feud!

Rick Rude is an awesome figure but I can see many customs being produced for hit trunks
Great review. I also collected the old LJN figures back in my hay days. You're right the pull down hip joint is a bad idea. I personally prefer soft material hips like the Mcfarlane figures. As for the toe hinge joints I think Toybiz Marvel legends started that back in 2003 along with finger articulation.
I like the Jake The Snake Roberts one he looks so perfect as a Ultimate and Rick Rude ahhhh it's ohhh okay it's a great Ultimate Figure

Most of my Rude figures I display without the robe. His tights are always what makes his figs stand out and don’t want to cover em up. But this fig, if I ever get it, I think I’ll put the robe on.

I got these. Packaging is just amazing. This line and the AEW Supremes are my favorites for overall presentation. There are potential figures for this line that I'm more excited about but I'm still very happy to get Jake and Rude. Both figures are just rock solid. I missed both of these as LJNs so it's good to get this representation. The Rude LJN is a head scratcher to say the least. But Mattel coming through again with these guys. The two smiling heads for each are my favorites. Great work not half-assing Damien. My most desired figures for this line are Andre w/long hair & blue trunks, Bundy, and Piper.
I hope they announce the next 2 at access. I hope that line keeps going. Would love to see piper and snuka. But I doubt we get snuka. Good job pitting the robe there in case of staining. Love Damien it completes the set. The rude is a plain Jane figure but the head sculpts are the winners. Would love an Andre in the dress shirt and brown pants when Jake threw Damien at him

Now thats real fear if she wouldn't even allow snakes that were action figure accessories in her house. The Terry Funk figure is still the best one out of the bunch imo. Maybe b/c Terry Funk is my absolute favorite of this bunch and I love him in gengeral, maybe it's b/c he has the most accessories but if I was to rank the whole series I would go 1.) Terry Funk 2.) Rick Rude 3.) Hogan 4.) Stg Slaughter and 5.) Jake the Snake. They are all fine figures, but I just like some of them more than others.
