This is from the new funkadelic bootleg recorded shortly before Eddie passed only problem was Eddie was too low if you can get over that you might enjoy the whole gig but it's worth a listen if you like Eddie and funkadelic George didn't like Eddie playing with these dudes because the new funkadelic was using the funkadelic name and it caused some legal issues and gc and Archie ivy questioned why Eddie would join a bunch of no name rookies Think Eddie joined to piss George off for not getting paid and for gc selling his publishing rights and not giving him credit for certain songs
@@austinrobin1 only reason I listened if you check out his 80s gigs it seemed like every time Eddie played maggot brain his tone was low while mike and Byrd was always loud and playing circles around hazel Hazels last gig with gc was sept 92 where he played maggot brain but the camera man messed up the gig you couldn't hear Eddie properly then the whole mob played behind him confusing it more Not too many places to hear Eddie loud and up front it's like gc sabotaged his amp while mike, Byrd and the others drew his energy
Eddie Hazel was awesome. I had the pleasure of being in their company yrs ago. Still some time fresh in my mind. All with respect.
