I agree. I hate how I look, but I'd never even consider having plastic surgery. These people have gone too far. They look so unrealistic.
I straighten and dye my hair sometimes and have thought about colored contact lenses. I also wear a little makeup occasionally (nothing dramatic), but that's it.

fake nose, fake teeth, fake lips, fake boobs, more defined jaws... that's kinda the standard procedure in hollywood. some do it subtle, some do it in extreme amounts.
it can look good, sure. and nobody has to judge them. but what I find "problematic" is that they all LIE about their procedures.
and that just sells another unrealistic body image to young girls who think "what is wrong with me, I hit puberty but I didn't get an update from a 3 to a solit 8"..

Although I do agree that it does give a horrible body image to young girls that see all the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. That's why it's the parent's responsibility to remain active in their children's lives and to help and support and hold their children up and not just drop them in front of the computer or tv.

One point. My niece was a flat chested gymnast until she stopped gymnastics. The hard work it takes to be a gymnast does keep young women small and their body doesn’t mature.
When my niece stopped gymnastics, she grew and grew and grew so much she had to have surgery to relieve her back pain. So don’t accuse a gymnast of having breast surgery, it doesn’t work that way. When a young woman stops gymnastics her body begins to mature.
