Well I agree with Kourtney. I don't use microwaves nor allow them in my homes either. I also try to buy mostly organic foods as well.
I also chose not to have a microwave or any soda in my house while my kids were little. A lot of people criticized me for this but I stand by it. I didn’t want my kids raised on TV dinners, and sugary soda. A lot of my relatives growing up had diabetes and still consumed the stuff. I wanted to give instill better habits in my own kids.
When I get that rich, I’m sticking to microwaved ramen noodles 🙄👌

I use activated charcoal shampoo and I'll swear by it! I used to wash my hair everyday and now I don't have to wash my hair but maybe two times a week if that. It has totally made my life so much better and easier as well as faster to get up in the morning and get going!

I doubt. If your parents teach you something good since the young age, you understand it better. My parents been very strict about my diet as a kid, as well as sports, way of life, unhealthy stuff and I have never done something like "oh, I am on a trip with school, there're no parents, let's drink some Coke and eat some chips. I didn't have to, didn't want to. I enjoyed my healthy and tasty snack much better. 😊
