Niice video... I like it.. I once looked for a one bedroom huko, I found them very overrated and small... Parking is also a challenge, also traffic can be bad since one may have to use Kamiti Road. It is a nice area but I would recommend car wash over Mirema.

Mirema is nice but there are two major challenges
1. The inner areas that are distant from the tarmac Lack street lights. Major security issue
2. It gets super muddy and messy when it rains. Gumboots are a must if you’re planning to reside there

The government should start by regulating rent of houses in Kenya. Nyumba hii Kenya zimekuwa way to expensive na landlords are exploiting it. That's why some countries houses are owned by the government ndio wasiexploite wananchi.

Mwiki, Kasarani is far more better , cheaper , accessible and affordable than this place.. ata food za soko ziko very cheap hasa area ya ACK road compared with most Nairobi areas.. also different housing units are readily available..just visit and confirm.
