    Good video...
The reason you are not getting the 300+ miles of range is that you have the 20" wheels.
The 21" road wheel is rated for 328 miles
The 20" off road is rated for 274 miles
The 22" sport is rated at 303 miles
In all the range videos that I have watched, the R1T actually exceeds the rating at a constant 70mph in good weather. We also have an Ioniq 5 and it does not even come close to the EPA rating at 70mph. Of course, pulling fast launches all the time cannot help with range.

I have an R1S and can confirm. We get about 280-290 Miles on the AT 20" wheels. We haven't taken a trip since the udpate that allows deeper usage of the battery so I expect a little more range.

I didn’t know about the seat belt thing. Thanks for sharing that. Did the app not warn you of low battery? We’ve owned 5 Tesla and I’m thinking of getting a R1T. I test drove one and loved it

Thanks for the review. My R1T will be ready for the delivery in Atlanta next Friday. I hope I can drive it back to Charlotte without recharging. Was your truck charged to 100% when you pick it up?

@@voxtek Thx. I'll ask them to fully charge it, or I'll charge it at the service center to 100% before I go.

I agree with your comment about the acceleration being "nauseating". I took the "First Mile Ride" recently and the max. acceleration reminded me of the 1.5g's I experienced in the Disney ride "Mission to Mars" - light headed and almost uncomfortable.

Have you seen the battery charge decline when running the A/C or heat ? Are you able to use the Tesla charging network ? Thanks.

Beautiful truck, beautiful home and beautiful wife, your all set, do you mind if i ask what you do for a living since you spend your leisure time in the golf course!

Electric vehicles do NOT have a "GAS" pedal. It's called an accelerator pedal. Good video. Rivian needs to upgrade the nema 5-15 120 plugs to nema 2-20 120 volt, 20 amp plugs for better use of all 120 volt appliances and would help with boondocking. A 240 volt plug would also be nice.

Decent review. However, not at all a fan of your sexist comments about your wife. Not funny at all.
