Parturient A. on fifth day of postnatal period after first delivery at time.Clinically narrow pelvis was the indication to cesarean section. Objectively: dry tongue, pulse is 120 beats per minute, the temperature is 38.5°C, fever. The abdomen is swollen and painful. Severe symptoms of peritoneal irrigation, vomiting, no passage of flatus. Vaginal discharge is purulent with an unpleasant smell. What is the diagnosis and the tactics of a doctor? Can anyone help me in this question

As it's fever , above 38 , and increase in temp within 10days of delivery, abdominal tenderness , pain , foul smelling discharge per vaginal ( these all r signs of puerperal fever , most common cause for this is "ENDOMETRITIS" , ) ,
INVESTIGATIONS need to be done prior :- cbc, crp , esr , tsh level , ( fr ruling out thyroiditis )
I m nt sure bt according to me it looks like that ,
TOC:- CLINDAMYCIN + GENTAMYCIN ,
