To avoid this, its better to roast for couple of minutes and then follow the steps you have showed, taste will be similar to besan laddu. But all in all, wonderful recipes, thanks again :)

If u use chana dal it gives raw smell n chana dal powder used for besan ladoo ,she used fried gram for first recipe
