Hi Pete. Thanks for the work on QuPath! I will like to try it out on my double-labelled DAB stains which are not tiled anyway. I am not aware of any FIJI/ImageJ plugins that perform colocalization analysis on DAB stains. Can QuPath handle colocalization analysis on DAB stains? Thanks.
