Urahara knew Aizen would show off his power after being fused with the Hokyaku, so he fired a Sealing Kido because Aizen would intentionally get hit with it severely underestimating its power. As Aizen said "Kisuke, you're the only one who's intellect surpasses my own."
The fact that only 4 characters in this story have used blast spells past 89 proves he's a force of his own since he is one of those 4. Kido that high takes alot of spiritual power to use and control. Kisuke doesn't seem to ever break a sweat doing this stuff. Must be nice to be best friends with arguably the strongest kido user of SS in the last couple hundred years (cough *Tessai* cough).
It's incredible to see Kisuke become serious and actually focus... gives me chills. He still hasn't unleashed his Bankai though. I hope they animate the new arc when it's done.

The thing is, that to be able to hide the Sealing Kido inside Senjuu Kouten Taiho he needed to cast it with the incantation, he depended on Aizen's pride and dependence on the Hogyoku.
Complexity... The higher levels are not necessarily the most powerful when used, it depends on the user - the amount of reishi they can concentrate into it, if they get time to complete the incantation etc.... without incantation makes it infinitely harder right away, and it seems Bleach only partially follows the rule of "stand still and let them power up their attack before reacting", as you normally only get to see incantations when they buy themselves some time.
Aizen got too cocky, the moment this Kidou from Urahara hit him, its basically over if someone else strong enough is able to push him past his limit, and thats when Ichigo's main jobs comes in.

I don't think they would. But here aizen is bound with numbers of bakudo. Throughout the series, it's been shown that many characters either dodge or block the spell (like with bakudo #88 Danku)

Tbf Aizen was bound by 3 high-level Bakudo while Urahara was reciting the chant for Hado 91. Granted Aizen could have busted out of all of them at once with no effort and attacked well before the chant was even halfway done, but he got cocky and wanted to see how strong he was in his current state. So he decided to tank this Kido, a move that ultimately led to his defeat.

Because, if mastered, it bears terrifying power and there is not escape once caught in it. But the very fact that Aizen managed to take down Komamura with a Hado 90 without any incantation shows he is not to be played with.
I believe every Shinigami has a different Reiatsu pattern, and every pattern has different Kido's they are better compatible with. So its a style/efficiency kind of thing.
I think because of the fear and cool effect . Imagine you just suddently see a black coffin cover you and when it disseppear you are dead or at least badly injured . For the caster it’s cool way to finish a fight and for the one who have to face it that’s really scary . Futhermore that put you inside something you can’t really escape while the hado 91 is something that can be dodge easier
@@zackcvfair it is not a concrete concept; just something i have put together from observations of characters who confronted captains. for example uryuu observes that mayuri's reiatsu is emitted periodically in waves. byakuya's reiatsu is dense and overwhelming. kyoraku's reiatsu is stealthy yet spreads to a very large area. aizen's reiatsu is the oddest, it can hit like a fucking wall; but also can be extremely untraceable - aizen's greatest ability is deception after all.

I'm curious who invented Kido, is it someone from the zero division? where did the demonic magic come from? is it from hell, from what I remember about it, we don't know much either, there was probably one movie that explained something.
No one knows. There isn't someone in the zero division who was credited for kido. Maybe kido existed before Gotei, which makes sense why there isn't a member known for kido there. Probably was the way to fight hollows back then before zanpakutos and Ichibei definitely named it. Likely, the 5 nobles made it since they're involved in the creation of the current bleach universe.

Because, if mastered, it bears terrifying power and there is not escape once caught in it. But the very fact that Aizen managed to take down Komamura with a Hado 90 without any incantation shows he is not to be played with.
I believe every Shinigami has a different Reiatsu pattern, and every pattern has different Kido's they are better compatible with. So its a style/efficiency kind of thing.
I think because of the fear and cool effect . Imagine you just suddently see a black coffin cover you and when it disseppear you are dead or at least badly injured .
For the caster it’s cool way to finish a fight and for the one who have to face it that’s really scary .
Futhermore that put you inside something you can’t really escape while the hado 91 is something that can be dodge easier

@@zackcvfair it is not a concrete concept; just something i have put together from observations of characters who confronted captains. for example uryuu observes that mayuri's reiatsu is emitted periodically in waves. byakuya's reiatsu is dense and overwhelming. kyoraku's reiatsu is stealthy yet spreads to a very large area. aizen's reiatsu is the oddest, it can hit like a fucking wall; but also can be extremely untraceable - aizen's greatest ability is deception after all.

I'm curious who invented Kido, is it someone from the zero division? where did the demonic magic come from? is it from hell, from what I remember about it, we don't know much either, there was probably one movie that explained something.
No one knows. There isn't someone in the zero division who was credited for kido. Maybe kido existed before Gotei, which makes sense why there isn't a member known for kido there. Probably was the way to fight hollows back then before zanpakutos and Ichibei definitely named it. Likely, the 5 nobles made it since they're involved in the creation of the current bleach universe.
Since Shinji is banned from using his Bankai in the SS, he probably decided to master Kido techniques for combat.
