*500g of Flour =A dozen meatpies/more
1)Butter-200g
2)Egg -1 small egg
3)Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
4)Milk /milk powder-1 tablespoon
5)Pinch of Salt
6)Vanilla Extract-1 teaspoon
7)Water-3/4 cup
8) Spices for Meatpie filling:
Curry Masala,Maggi,onions,salt.

9) Irish Potatoes
10)Fresh/Minced Meat.
11) Cornstarch- 1 tablespoon
ð2kg of flour
1)Butter-800g
2)Egg- 2 sizeable ones
3)Milk/Milk powder-2 tablespoons
4) Baking Powder-4 teaspoons
5) Vanilla Extract-4 teaspoons
6) Water- 3 and 1/2 cup
7)Pinch of Salt
8)Corn starch -4 tablespoons
*Spices as above
*Sizeable Carrots,Potatoes,Meat as desired

Please what's the shelf life incase of commercial production
It lasts just 24hrs without preservation.
But if you want it to last longer ..
You can
1) Refrigerate ( freezer) and then warm in oven or microwave when you want to use or sale .
Will still be fresh as ever..
2) You can also add preservatives to the fillings,but I personally prefer refrigeration..
So you can use either or both of the methods
Will last at least 3-5 days..
