WARNING: Old lady question is hitting this thread! How on earth do you apply eyeshadow without the fallout? I've been doing eyes first for years so I can clean up my face after the massive fallout action! Also, I apologize if you've already answered this question in previous comments! Thank you for your videos!
I have a Natasha denona pallet. Those really have no fall out.
you’re probably going to want to prime your eyes with a gripping eye primer. and don’t pick up too much shadow on the brush each time, so tap off the excess after dipping your brush into the shadow. lightly dip back into the shadow if you want to keep building up the colour. and blend lightly and softly. for glitter shadows, shimmers and foiled shades that can have some fallout, try a glitter glue primer. hope this helps! robert welsh has great eyeshadow tutorials. oh and! liquid and cream shadows can really help you here since they don’t have fallout. but depending on the formula and your eyelids, they can crease and transfer. i adore the rimmel wonder cloud matte liquid shadows because they do not budge.
Also tap the eye brush you use on the top of the lid with the palette your using, prime eyes first, then do the eyes first, before foundation so you don’t mess up your makeup.
I have this pallet and all of the shimmers fall onto my cheeks, I use my fingers to apply, I always do my eyes first anyway
I put myself through college as an MUA and I always do eyes first, it’s just a habit because so many shadows used to be so powdery and crumbly. 😊

Using a glitter/eyeshadow primer with duochrome/metallic shades and spraying the brush with setting spray after you pickup the shadow on your brush will help it adhere better and make it pop more and really help decrease the amount of fallout you get

I splurge around this time of year on high end makeup because I am a full time college student, while having a part time job, and music creator so it helps to splurge a little bit. If you take the shades picnic basket, ripe, blossom up, pop a bottle, crushed oats, wink wink, slated, snake eyes, a la mode, mauve on top, mixer and miser combined are the same color story in Natasha Denona's I Need A Nude Palette if you think about it.
