Blade HQ had it for half off, I needed a simple knife to cut veggies from my garden. This is good for that, the perfect size and it’s really light and easy to use. Enjoyed your video. Thanks.
Hi David got a Fuse today after watching your video. So far I like it. Glad to have it in my collection. Will try to solve the liner lock issue. Sweet knife especially with the affordable price.
Hi David. I am glad you like the Fuse, it is a step in the right direction for Gerber. Excessive liner pressure on the blade is a common problem on the Gerber knives I own (I bought 25 used Gerber knives at auction). It can be a tough issue to address due to the extremely powerful thread locker they use. How did you break the threads loose? I stripped out a lot of screws before resorting to a soldering iron.
It's a good looking knife. It's too bad Gerber is still having so many QC issues and is still using very inferior materials. (Especially the blade steels they use)

Thanks, glad you were able to find a good deal on it. Has some good potential for the model.
Great Review. Is good to have you back and looking forward to seeing you at Blade Show West. Thank You.
Nice, thanks for the support.

Nice, I think it has some great parts to it and with a bit more invested it could be great.
I like the metal washers instead of nylon.
Yeah most times they work better in the end, just takes some time to break in for metal. Surprisingly some high end knives use Teflon washers.
Great review Brother. Looking forward to future projects.
Nice thanks for the comment.
just picked this unit up. It's nice, I like it.
Nice,
I like it a good deal with some modification.
Not a bad looking knife. Great review 👍
Appreciate the comment, it's a good one, well afterwards.

They may have learned their lesson as I didn't have any issue with the thread locker came right apart.

Yeah but it's what keeps the lights on and basic knife users don't seem to have the issue with it.
