Madam - Explanation on Akara Sathakam is good. But the Engine Horn - What you are identifying only as PA (Panchamam) - which I cannot agree. That Engine Horn can be identified as any one of 12 Swaras - such as SA, RI, GA, MA, PA, DHA, NI. For example - If you say that Engine Horn is in Anthara Gandharam - and then we can easily deduce or identify - How will be it's Aadhara Shadjam sound. Hope I clarified.
