baby reindeer was so amazingly written and made. Also as an SA Victim it was so amazingly done and portrayed the feelings perfect. Richard Gadd is so brave for making the show and sharing his story how he did. He showed the not so favorable things about himself too which I really respected

As a male survivor, it’s actually impossible to believe people are taking her side. If it were a man going on piers Morgan calling their victim a liar, there’d be absolutely nobody taking sides apart from maybe misogynistic 12 year olds on tiktok.
I'm in no way trying to diminish your experience as a male survivor but female survivors are also disbelieved and dismissed. I think SA needs to be taken more seriously by the authorities and general public whatever the gender of the victim.
I think of the roles were reversed , people would be open minded. There are more people willing to hear both sides than you think ….especially after the Amber Herd trial. Most people know when someone is yelling the truth and most people know that she isn’t. I’m not trying to make this about me, but I was in a stalking/harassment situation for two years, and when I eventually told my boyfriend, he stopped it. He went and confronted him and the phone calls and the texts and the turning up at my house stopped, but the guy in question started a bunch of different, really vicious rumours about me. I never tried to defend myself because I was too tired ….. but this is just what people who act like this do. The best thing he can do is let herself catch herself out to the people who do believe her.
i cried so much at this series i found the series heavy and powerful and a strong message it was genuinely amazing. The series was the best thing in media today to show how male victims feel when trying to come to terms to tell the police that they also can be victims.

I do find it odd that he didn’t use characters that looked nothing like the real people, I only mostly find that odd. But there’s no way Fiona never watched any of the programme/show. @@TSD0X I agree with you There are so many loopholes here casting is normally done by the casting director but with specifications from the creator director producer and the final say would be the production company and the commissioning team would be netflix as a development producer who has had her first funded commission by screen Scotland my script went through so many drafts and we had to have it approved .
