Prioritize it daily. 2. Act on Symptoms: I don't wait for symptoms to worsen. Take proactive measures to address them early. 3. Maintain a healthy emotional state: It's literally an immune booster. It saved me from a heart attack 3 times one of which was during COVID, another was partial paralysis through blood poison. I'm not kidding! 4. The tongue is a litmus paper: The tongue is not just a taster it checks the acidity and alkalinity of the body. It has literally guided my nutritional needs. It's an undiscovered intelligence - a natural nutritionist. Note Most sicknesses begin with a symptom and the voice of your body communicates signs to you but most don't listen to it or act on it so it graduates to ailment, and then acute and in some cases chronic. Every sickness will give a sign and we must train our minds to pick them. This has worked for me for 12 years now! #Believe
I know people put background music in because they think it needs it. For me I find it a distraction People's stories are enough and in order for full concentration and meaning the music is not helpful Please keep it in mind Good job
