Hey dude, congrats on the admissions! 🎉 All the unis you got into seem like great places to go to. From what I checked on rn, this is the first year that UW Madison offered enrollment for the MS in Information program (guide.wisc.edu/graduate/information/information-ms/) so I'm not too sure of it myself 🤷♂️ I honestly wish I could be more helpful but I'm a Bachelors student here 😂

Yeah you can look up apartments.com or Google for stuff in Madison and contact them individually
