    About the video:
    Point No. 1:
“Never ever say negative things about your current or any previous organization, boss or employees in an interview”.
    Point No. 2:
Do not mention that you are in interview because someone has recommended you. See we all are aware that recommendations are very much needed for getting a job. But the thing is even if someone has recommended you, it is not needed to mention it in the interview as it is already known.
    Point No. 3:
Do not bluntly say “I do not know this” for any interview question even if you actually don’t know it. If you find yourself in a situation where a question comes that you are not aware of, take a moment and answer diplomatically. Try to relate the question with a similar situation you have worked or you know.
    Point No. 4
Do not ask questions like What does the company do or what does it manufacture or what will be my role. It is a clear cut expectation that you did research on these things before coming to interview.
    Point No. 5
Do not talk big things to get a job like I can handle any situation or I am getting along well with every one or I can solve any problem with ease. Saying such things without any objective evidence can be considered as a false claim. The best you can do is whenever you make a claim that you have done this or that, try to accompany it with an evidence or example.
    Point No. 6
Do not tell the interview panel that you are desperate for the job or feeling nervous. In general terms, people tend to be desperate for getting a job and there is nothing wrong in it, the only thing is you should not show the desperation to the interview panel. Same is the case about telling the panel that you are nervous.
    Point No. 7
Never ever ask yourself first about the salary details or salary negotiations. If interview goes well, people feel that they are about to be selected and in this enthusiasm they start to talk about salary. Remember, it is a general rule that the interview panel will start this pay discussion
