AZZURRO BAKERY AND AZZURRO TRAY: VERSATILE AND HIGH-PERFORMANCE BAKING OVENS IDEAL FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
Azzurro Bakery is GAM International’s ideal oven for small bakeries or restaurants that want to produce their own bread, croissant, cookies and much more. It features thick insulation and in the 3 trays version it’s equipped with 2 different dimensioned doors, allowing to operate with a consistent energy saving.
It includes a fan for ventilated cooking and its water system allows to spray steam directly into the cooking chamber. It can be combined with the Azzurro Tray oven line.
Azzurro Tray is specifically dedicated to 60x40 cm trays production, and is therefore ideal for tray pizza, focaccias and much more. It is engineered for energy saving: the oven has a thick insulation and in the 3 trays version it features 2 independent doors, allowing to work with a very low heat waste. It can be combined with the Azzurro Bakery oven line.

Azzurro Bakery è il forno GAM International ideale per il piccolo panificio o per il ristoratore che vuole produrre il proprio pane, croissant, biscotti e molto altro. Ha un grande spessore di isolamento e nella versione a 3 teglie è dotato di 2 porte di diverse dimensioni, che permettono di lavorare con un notevole risparmio energetico. Monta un sistema che permette di erogare vapore diretto in camera di cottura e una ventola per cotture ventilate. È abbinabile alla linea di forni Azzurro Tray.
Il forno Azzurro Tray è pensato specificatamente per la produzione in teglie di dimensioni 60x40 cm, risultando ideale per la realizzazione di pizze, focacce in teglia e molto altro. É stato progettato per il risparmio energetico: ha un grande spessore di isolamento e nella versione a 3 teglie è dotato di 2 porte, che permettono di lavorare con la minima dispersione di calore. È abbinabile alla linea di forni Azzurro Bakery.
