Repeteren voor je eigen begrafenis? De Spaanse keizer Karel V deed het gewoon. Met alle mogelijke toeters en bellen organiseerde hij begin september 1558 een nepceremonie. De oefening kwam net op tijd: enkele weken later stierf hij daadwerkelijk. Artist in residence Simon-Pierre Bestion wuift de vorst uit in La Bomba Flamenca: deze voorstelling dompelt je onder in verfijnde renaissancemuziek, sfeervolle lichtcreaties en de overrompelende sound van solisten, koor en orkest.
