This is The Reason Why We Love Thailand National Volleyball Team !!! The women's national volleyball team of Thailand (Thai: วอลเลย์บอลหญิงทีมชาติไทย) represents the Thailand in international volleyball competitions. It is managed by the Thailand Volleyball Association.
The team won a silver medal in the 2016 Montreux Masters, the best finish by any team outside the Americas, East Asia and Europe. Also, the team took a fourth-place finish in 2012 World Grand Prix. And the team took a bronze medal in Summer Universiade in two times, the best finish by any team outside the world.
In Asia, the team won a bronze medal in the Asian Games 2014. Also, the team won a gold medal in the Asian Championship in two times. And, the team won a gold medal in the Asian Cup Championship. The country has also participated in four World Championships, one World Cup, fourteen World Grand Prixs and two World Grand Champions Cup.

10 Days prior the event in Rimini. Main players have tested positive for covid-19 in the training camp, so the Thailand Volleyball Association recalled a veteran stars such as Pleumjit Thinkaow, Nootsara Tomkom, Onuma Sittirak, Malika Kanthong and Wilavan Apinyapong plus young blood such as Karina Krause and Sutadta Chuewulim to compete in this event instead

They didn’t even practice together due to covid situation in Thailand. They practice with the actual ball just 3 days before the first match

Thais and Filipinos have similar built ..yet Thailand is a powerhouse in international volleyball ?? Why?? Thailand have a strong sense of national pride . They are united in bringing out the best in their players.. Filipinos ?? Hehe divided by regionalism no sense of nationhood. Plus . Too much intramural squabbling .. much so that their efforts to improve the quality of volleyball is hampered.. may the Filipinos learn from their Thai counterparts..
