    In the used market, you can find good deals, and if you can refresh the machines for low buck, it's possible to built your home gym who look like new, for small money. Congrat for this one.

    Hey Justin, sweet video! Nice job!
    My homegym consists of dumbbells, barbells (ez- + regular ones), plates, treadmill, two benches and a hyperextension bench, Inspire FT2 (love everything about it) and battle ropes. It all fits in a 160 squarefoot room with 30x30 squarefoot room left for push ups and jumping jacks and such.

    • @JustinsProject
      @JustinsProject  ปีที่แล้ว

      HELL YEAH!! Sounds like a sweet little setup. I was looking into the Inspire models. You think they are worth the money? Thanks for watching and commenting 👍🏻

    • @michaelmeyers4950
      @michaelmeyers4950 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JustinsProject Hi Justin, to me they're worth every penny.
      I love working out on cables. They give you constant tention they are safer while being at least as safe as dumbbells/ barbells. Therefore I was looking for a dual pulley machine with as many options and extras as possible. And in this machine you get 4 pairs of cables + a smith machine + a pull-up bar.
      I love it. Worth every penny. I assembled it with my wife which took about 2x6 hours.
      I have been using it 4x a week for 3 years now and it still looks brandnew.
      You get a cable pulley machine with pulley about 3 feet apart so if you have the space I would add either wallmounted cablepulleys on opposite walls to have them about 9-10 feet apart for the very wide exercises like cable crossovers. That would be perfect.
      I did search for "my ideal machine" for quite a while and I never came accross a machine that gives you more options. Love it.

    • @michaelmeyers4950
      @michaelmeyers4950 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JustinsProject Oh, and just to mention: if I way living in the US I would consider the "REP ARES" to buy.

    • @JustinsProject
      @JustinsProject  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@michaelmeyers4950 Appreciate the feedback. I will have to look into it further. I stopped powerlifting about 2 years ago and I got fat (er) 🤣 I have got to get myself back in shape but no more of that real heavy stuff. I like pulley systems also. They keep me less injured and in the gym more.

    • @michaelmeyers4950
      @michaelmeyers4950 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JustinsProject Speaking for the FT2 I find the stacks sufficiently enough and there are additional weights you can buy for the superstrong ;-)
      If you used to powerlift you are propably going to get a serious power rack but just to mention: take a look at the inspire scs smith cage system too. If you can get it cheap then it might be an ever better or more versatile option.
      If I had the space for one more machine I would inevitably go with a nautilus pullover machine. ThatÄs one exercise you can only do on a machine. An the pump is uncomparable to anything else. But this will propably have to wait until we move into a larger house :D
