That's hard to say. It's usually a title by title basis. But regarding Hogwarts I would get it for PS5. The frame-rate is more consistent throughout the various graphical modes on PS5. Frame rate tended to drop a bit more on the Series X.@@iParacord

glad u like Final Fantasy 16 man! and yea ur right the M rating and the adult themes has worked well for 16 and tbh even FF7 and other old FF games has some mature themes to it too but its just heavily toned down so Im glad for FF16 just going for the M rating instead of T like what FF7R did.
Yeah man. It’s definitely not like previous ffs games but that’s what I like about. It’s different. What I do like is that the story is at least consistent unlike ff15. Although I like ff15, half the story felt like it belong in a different game. But then again that game had a troubling development cycle to begin with.
So i have a question im decding between getting the jedi game or spiderman 2 as i have already played and beat miles morales and thiught it was too short but i loved it so if you can, can you please tell me which one yiud reccomen
wished sony would allow for a 1080p mode for better performance in games like GOW Ragnarok to see if it can be played at a stable 120fps. i dont want or have a need for an upgrade of my 1080p screen but i do want to get better fps for my high refresh rate monitor
It's pretty incredible that these systems don't. How hard is it for the devs to develop to a small handful of targets? Gives us 1080p locked 60fps with improved graphics. Toned down graphics for 1440p 30/60 modes. 4k 30 ... And let's face it this was never a 4k 60fps system but the damn performance should change as you lower res.
@@kcadventures1454 the PS5 does not have performance scaling based on chose output resolution. That's insane. This is a core and basic feature, whether you own a 4k TV or still use a 1080p TV. If I want to play 1440p on my 4k, then just like a PC, my performance should improve when changing resolution. This OP still games on 1080p. So why does PS5 ignore that? If the system is powerful enough to output a given game at, say, dynamic 1440p and 60fps, then why can't we choose to play at 1080p and receive boosts to graphics and performance? If you drop resolution then you can expect two things. You can raise some graphics settings and you can see higher FPS. Huge failure of consoles.
Assuming the rumored detachable disc drive PS5 coming out soon is the Slim version, I’ll get it maybe this Christmas or something. I wanna get MGSΔ and the Master Collection, plus maybe Gran Turismo 7 and CoD MWII.
Another great list! Quick note to any fellow viewer that if you are interested in Spider-Man Remastered for PS5, just buy the Miles Morales Ultimate Edition. You get the first game remastered and another great game in Miles Morales for $40ish, which is a steal. A couple of my favorites on here with Hogwarts Legacy and FF16. And given all the bangers on PS5 I genuinely lol'd at your pick for number 1. You ain't wrong, the game is an absolute blast, but it took me by surprise.

I startet playing video games with the SNES and Street Fighter II (and other games) and at this time Street Fighter was fast already, but todays game play is ridiculously fast and there are too many hit indicators flashing and lightning. I think, not many players like it this fast, esp. when older. I am 49 now and playing since I am 15 on consoles and computer. It would be nice if there where options to configure the tempo and the amount of effects when you hit the opponent in a game. e.g. when I play games today like "Dead Space" oder Uncharted I play on an easy or medium level to enjoy the story and the game play and to use my time well, I do not have many hours per week to play because of my family, work and life :).
I bought the Ps5 Disc Version and i must say im almost at a Point where i say i regret buying a Consolle because the Game Prices are insane i mean Games who are 4-5 Years Old cost 60€ new Games are at 79€ Ultimate Editions cost stunning 100€ And Shit like that i mean thats insane on Pc the same Games you get for 3.99€ or 14.99€ im a little bit pissed because of it ...
aw man, that's very tempting but I just don't have the sort of time to be tinkering around with PC's. I just need to put the game in and have it work. Plus I want to play spiderman 2 this year. I know it's coming out for PC eventually but I can't wait that long.

FF16 mature storyline isn't a big deal. It's the endless cutscenes, flimsy RPG mechanics, lifeless world, uneventful towns, boring sidequests, mindless combat, etc. Every fight can easily be won the same way. FF7 Remake Intergrade is the step in the right direction.

Ive just picked up a ps5 and the first games i picked up were : God of war, Horizon zero dawn and uncharted trilogy 😊 Ive just platted astro that was built in aswell. 👍🏼 No regrets getting rid of my series x

I can't believe you mentioned Death Stranding Director's Cut. I've included it in a previous video and personally, I think it's a great game but I get so much shit from people online about that game haha. I felt like I was always the only one to like it. You have good taste in games my friend👍
@SuperJumpReviews It's just not what most people expected from Kojima, so the response by many was to dismiss it after a few hours if they even tried it at all, possibly jumping onto the dismissive band wagon. Had people given it a chance & put more time into the game, they would have seen it as more than a mailman simulator, get past the 10 hour mark & things really pick up. The story is bonkers, which is typical Kojima & the satisfaction you get later when you have access to certain vehicles & equipment, building things, i thoroughly enjoyed my time with it despite being hesitant going in. I am looking forward to the sequel when it arrives. Respect to Kojima for sticking to his creative vision & giving us a sequel, i imagine most people thought he would just move on, considering the first isn't considered a critical or commercial smash like Metal Gear. Hope Konami put the effort into the Snake Eater remake/remaster & it isn't just a cheap cash grab with all the Kojima quirkiness absent.
I just got my first PS5 last month. First games I invested in was Returnal, Kena: Bridge of Spirits & Cyberpunk But of course I played Astro's Playroom first xD
I'm planning to play FF16 even though I am not a big fan of the series, hearing some mixed things about it overall. But my expectations going in like with everything is going to be really, really low.
Funfact Final Fantasy Series is not really a Series😂Most Final Fantasy Games has nothing to do with Each other of the Series and its its own Game..if one Part got a Sequel it sounds like FinalFantasy 10 two 😮Ü
If you have screen tearing maybe it’s the tv or monitor you have that isn’t up to the challenge. Mine runs just fine never had an issue. Does your tv/monitor have VRR?
I kid you not, my PS5 cannot play Jedi survivor. It doesn't get past the opening cinematic. Always always freezes and causes it to crash. And yes, I tried every fix, and both the game and console are up to date. So freaking annoying. On the other hand, street fighter 6 is amazing!!
Maybe there's a file that's corrupted. Have you tried deleted everything related to the game and try re-installing everything from scratch? Does it work with just that disc or can you try another disc?
@@SuperJumpReviews I have deleted, and redownloaded about 4-5 times. I cleared the cache, I even did the "rebuilding database fix" and still nothing. I am subscribed to gamefly so what I did was send back the release copy, waited two months, and ordered it again. Same thing, nothing changed. Freezes in the exact same spot. It is REALLY irritating.
It's spiderman and tmnt shredders revenge for me (although I got the ps4 version because of the pizza coupon included). Dead space I'll play after the Callisto Protocol
@@SuperJumpReviews yeah a free personal pan pizza. I don't know why the ps5 version didn't come with a coupon even though the coupon expires the end of December. Also there are like other physical versions of the game that come with other stuff like a pizza keychain & a different art book
I just got my PS5 Slim on February 29th, the same day as the release date of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. I got it mainly for the FFVII Remakes on the Console and Remakes of Silent Hill 2 and Metal Gear Solid Delta. Originally I was gonna leave PS5 for newer generations, but Square Enix ruined it for me by making FFVII Rebirth only for PS5 after stating that the Remake Trilogy would still be on PS4 only for them to change their minds in the last minute! No, I don't care about Street Fighter 6. After my disappointment with SFV. Laura being voiced by Yoko Hikasa in Japanese. 😡 (14:59)
@@SuperJumpReviews wow really? It’s been described as a Dark Souls with guns. Pretty apt description tbf. It’s the sequel to Remnant from the Ashes. It’s not a triple A game but looks and plays fantastic. Highly recommend. It’s reviewing well as well with critics and players so not just me 😂

Need for speed inbounds cop after the race thing completely messed it up for me. It’s annoying that even when you loose the cops in at the end of the race they are brought back to chase you because….. 😑 and the fact that you have to go to the garage and end the night because obviously that’s when you make the most money (which is scarce already because they make you grind hours and hours for it ) just so you don’t loose it when getting fought is so annoying. I even stopped playing it. That whole mechanic is broken, there’s tons of pop up and good luck with trying to loose the helicopters that keep spawning no matter how far away you drive from the “scene of the crime” so the cool down/call off chase is rendered null and void almost like the game doesn’t want you to make too much money because it’s still gotta game to show you is annoying.
the no. 1 is the best tmnt my favorite I played that with my son in ps4 and love to play that again in ps5. but for now sadly I don't have enough money to buy ps5 lol 😅
I sit and cry for hours because I bought a ps5 and now I have to pay for games and pay to play online when I could have done all that for free from my high end pc.
@@SuperJumpReviews wii actually. But even if there was something wrong with the way the game ran, that was only part of the problem. The real issue was being forced to stop completely in order to aim and shoot, or even use the damn knife. It was horrible.
@@joegt123 I know exactly what you mean! You could pretty much only run in a straight line. And you felt "stuck" whenever you had to aim. The fastest move in that game was a quick turn haha. I'm surprised those controls lasted all the way up to RE5. It wasn't until the RE2 remake that they made it so you could aim and move at the same time. I'm glad they changed it.

How resident evil movement is good? This is the most bad movement in games that was created. EVER. And for first place is not the ninja turtles, maybe AC VALHALLA OR DAYS GONE for the graphic experience.

Playing my ps4 disc of Mass Effect legendary Edition on my Ps5.
4k at 60 fps with almost no loading waits makes the game feel brand new .

FF16 mature storyline isn't a big deal. It's the endless cutscenes, flimsy RPG mechanics, lifeless world, uneventful towns, boring sidequests, mindless combat, etc. Every fight can easily be won the same way. FF7 Remake Intergrade is the step in the right direction.

I can't believe you mentioned Death Stranding Director's Cut. I've included it in a previous video and personally, I think it's a great game but I get so much shit from people online about that game haha. I felt like I was always the only one to like it. You have good taste in games my friend👍
@SuperJumpReviews It's just not what most people expected from Kojima, so the response by many was to dismiss it after a few hours if they even tried it at all, possibly jumping onto the dismissive band wagon. Had people given it a chance & put more time into the game, they would have seen it as more than a mailman simulator, get past the 10 hour mark & things really pick up. The story is bonkers, which is typical Kojima & the satisfaction you get later when you have access to certain vehicles & equipment, building things, i thoroughly enjoyed my time with it despite being hesitant going in. I am looking forward to the sequel when it arrives. Respect to Kojima for sticking to his creative vision & giving us a sequel, i imagine most people thought he would just move on, considering the first isn't considered a critical or commercial smash like Metal Gear. Hope Konami put the effort into the Snake Eater remake/remaster & it isn't just a cheap cash grab with all the Kojima quirkiness absent.

If you have screen tearing maybe it’s the tv or monitor you have that isn’t up to the challenge. Mine runs just fine never had an issue. Does your tv/monitor have VRR?
I kid you not, my PS5 cannot play Jedi survivor. It doesn't get past the opening cinematic. Always always freezes and causes it to crash. And yes, I tried every fix, and both the game and console are up to date. So freaking annoying. On the other hand, street fighter 6 is amazing!!
Maybe there's a file that's corrupted. Have you tried deleted everything related to the game and try re-installing everything from scratch? Does it work with just that disc or can you try another disc?
@@SuperJumpReviews I have deleted, and redownloaded about 4-5 times. I cleared the cache, I even did the "rebuilding database fix" and still nothing. I am subscribed to gamefly so what I did was send back the release copy, waited two months, and ordered it again. Same thing, nothing changed. Freezes in the exact same spot. It is REALLY irritating.

I just got my PS5 Slim on February 29th, the same day as the release date of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. I got it mainly for the FFVII Remakes on the Console and Remakes of Silent Hill 2 and Metal Gear Solid Delta.
Originally I was gonna leave PS5 for newer generations, but Square Enix ruined it for me by making FFVII Rebirth only for PS5 after stating that the Remake Trilogy would still be on PS4 only for them to change their minds in the last minute!

I just bought a PS5 now I sold it and went back to PS3.
Need for speed inbounds cop after the race thing completely messed it up for me. It’s annoying that even when you loose the cops in at the end of the race they are brought back to chase you because….. 😑 and the fact that you have to go to the garage and end the night because obviously that’s when you make the most money (which is scarce already because they make you grind hours and hours for it ) just so you don’t loose it when getting fought is so annoying. I even stopped playing it. That whole mechanic is broken, there’s tons of pop up and good luck with trying to loose the helicopters that keep spawning no matter how far away you drive from the “scene of the crime” so the cool down/call off chase is rendered null and void almost like the game doesn’t want you to make too much money because it’s still gotta game to show you is annoying.

Jedi Survivor was incredibly difficult, I beat the game…don’t think I’ll play it again. technically I didn’t complete everything.

@@SuperJumpReviews wii actually. But even if there was something wrong with the way the game ran, that was only part of the problem. The real issue was being forced to stop completely in order to aim and shoot, or even use the damn knife. It was horrible.
@@joegt123 I know exactly what you mean! You could pretty much only run in a straight line. And you felt "stuck" whenever you had to aim. The fastest move in that game was a quick turn haha. I'm surprised those controls lasted all the way up to RE5. It wasn't until the RE2 remake that they made it so you could aim and move at the same time. I'm glad they changed it.
