After cutting the ends off, take a regular spoon (I use a tablespoon) & place it in between the skin & the flesh of the Kiwi. While holding the Kiwi, move the spoon around it & the skin will come off. Super easy & less mess 😊

Years later I made one and I used kiwis, strawberries, bananas, pineapples, and mandarin oranges. Thank you so much for the memories. This makes me want to make another one. Oh, and I think on the one I made, I used yogurt. Yours was absolutely beautiful.

Have you tried taking the slices and put them in a mini muffin tin. Bake them push the middle down and fill with the frosting and decorate the tops with the fruit to each one.
