    That is the first official training I've recieved in 19 years for Taekwon-do. It really brings back good memories of the dojo and gives me a few tips to work on. I'm sure I could watch this video repeatedly and pick up a few new tips. I saw the story you left on Creator Insider and I just had to come and see if I could offer my support. I don't know if it's obvious on any of my videos, but Taekwon-do has helped me as a mechanic. I hope you can show support also if you are interested. Regardless, I now feel motivated to obviously use Taekwon-do on a video and give you a shout out. :) You see, when tires don't come off a vehicle, even when unbolted, I still use my kicks. It's a good reminder of form. It feels often times safer than using a sledge hammer and my arms as sometimes it can take quite a lot of force that the upper body shouldn't be recieving in punishment.

      Hello! :) Thank you for your comment! I am happy to hear that you liked the TKD video, I am working on a video series for beginners and back to TKD basics so more people could practice it. I have checked out your channel, you are a really talented mechanic! Although I am not really interested in cars, I do not own one and I am not planning to have one in the near future, I subscribed to your channel because it is obvious that you like what you do. You should be proud! I would like to see your video where you use Taekwon-do! :) I agree, using good kick to fix things is better :D

      Thank you very much! I think my fists are partly like this because I have been training them for a long time and partly because just the way my hands/bones are structured. You can still work on your fists and make them strong, just be careful when you do conditioning drills. th-cam.com/video/zTHyS_rXVtA/w-d-xo.html

    Was this recorded in your dojang? It's surprising how many people don't know how to properly make a fist, not sure I did either when I first started my martial arts journey in 2008, but I don't remember.

    • @NoraTKD

      Yes! It is recorded in an old dojang in a basement, good for filming purposes :)

    Hi ,did you have a teacher or self learned? Also is it possible for someone ordinary to learn martial arts at home?

    • @NoraTKD
      @NoraTKD  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I have been learning Taekwon-do for the last 16-17 years from my master. You need a great master to teach you and inspire you. Anyone can do martial arts. When this pandemic is over you can go and find a good martial arts school near where you live and start learning the moves. Until then you can start doing exercises at home by watching videos and listening to the instructions and doing them correctly. I have several videos and live streams where I teach people techniques and we do various exercises at home to stay fit.
