I remember when it was a well known place of refuge for the homeless..Many will still associate the name with the charity. I enjoyed the tour as it was perfectly executed.
Although an iconic landmark and central location, the fittings and finishes do not reflect the 8.5M. So it's the location that is demanding 70% of it.

Good job presenting! Juts wonder if it would be possible to add floorplan to get better idea of the place. Also wonder what is that square block of wall in the kitchen, there is only a small bookshelf on it and yet it's so wide it makes the entrance to the kitchen very small. Can't imagine more than 1 person being in the kitchen, you open a fridge and nobody can properly walk in or out.
Homeless people sleeping right outside wondering why this former refuge was sold to developers.

Love your tours as usual, Toby! No offence (certainly not to you) but this must be a joke! As a Londoner, I do appreciate its central location but the ceiling height of the apartment and the facilities is nowhere near worth 8.2M. Just under 2.5m (8'2) makes me suffocated, especially the kitchen which is way lower than the rest of the living space due to the ventilation and A/C right above your head. Ouch. Everything looks like well-decorated IKEA, added some marble to make it better? And the sad windows, not even properly floor to ceiling. Alas.

That pillar in the kitchen is disgusting take some much room away. Felt claustrophobic when Tony opened the fridge
