Hey Swiss, you have one of the most demanding CPU's on the market, the best imo. I recommend to supply it's needs in running really well, you should get an AIO (All In One) It is pretty much a box you put over your CPU then it routes to a radiator to keep your CPU really cool, also I recommend getting a case for example like the Lian Li 011 and putting a bunch of fans into it. Or just buy a prebuilt.

Butter does not mean the first wheels butter but the second. If u butter the first wheels u wont feel anything in the plane. If u butter he second wheels u will feel the difference between butter and hard. Not applicable to planes with 4 rear wheels.
I do like the graphics of Microsoft flight simulator, but the landing animation need some work, I don't like the 747 landing gear animation, because when doing a hard landing the landing gear always stay tilted like that.
