You mean the wire used as a pushrod? I simply used a steel wire that can found easily. It just need to be a metal wire that is just suitable for it. You can get it from an old umbrella.
The plans given are just to give an idea of the design. You don't need to get such a precise plan as on a4 paper. All you need to do is print the given plan and upscale it.

1930 this is the WRONG/too-flexible type of prop. it can be seen that the prop has developed an abnormal curvature; from its prior MISUSE. a stiff E prop should be used. 2051 when the model is level, the main landing gear should be located Directly Below the wing leading edge.! this is not an opinion. the aft location of the mass of two servos has increased the amount of tail-heaviness in the model's dom.!!! 2030 this abnormal tail wheel assembly is Heavier than it Should be.! thus, making the TAIL heavier. 2148 the distance between the elevator and the cg Affects how the model responds to elevator inputs. in this case, that distance is slightly excessive.

That is because of battery
If the battery current is not enough to power the motor, then after exceeding a certain limit the esc will shut down and restart.
