Wow, yes that is a weird problem, i also have that. Still need to find what is causing the problem.

sure, you select your windows, illum and interiors transform and go to attributes window, visibility conditions tab, then click the 3 dots at weather required mask, select night click OK and it should be on 40 this should then glow at night in game
