What is ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) :
The best way I can describe ASMR, is that it's a form of synesthesia. People who experience ASMR will feel relaxed and soothed upon hearing certain types of sound. In my personal experience, ASMR can greatly help dealing with insomnia and anxiety. It does not replace professional help however, and I encourage you to reach out if you have severe symptoms.

Absolutely loved the ASMR video! Your rendition of 80s songs was incredibly soothing and nostalgic. My only complaint is that it was too short-I could listen to your calming voice all day! Looking forward to more content like this. Keep up the amazing work

I stopped after you started "Like a Prayer" b/c I really have things I need to do today! LOL I can see why this is so popular! Basically, you are singing me lullabies,- familiar songs in a quiet voice a cappella. It's so comforting! You have a lovely voice. I will play this again LATER when I can fall asleep listening to it!

Nice voice, good song choices. I'll say it felt like you were singing a little fast at times, which distracted me a little but I still enjoyed. I would also like time stamps for the option of jumping to specific songs. Keep it up fam. 👌
