When I first started doing dance I was so self conscious I did it where people couldn't see me and only during our worship nights. Finally the Lord showed me that i was doing it for Him and most of the people had their eyes closed anyhow. When I felt led to dance during a service I told people that it was for the Lord and they could watch or close their eyes and listen to the words of the song which were really good and went with the message I gave that day. I'm no dancer but to me it is more of an interpretive dance before the Lord. Then He led me to the flags so I do a bit of both. It's all for His glory.
