Decoding the path nº1

It's important to breathe and see ourselves, our surroundings, and others, but, for artists, it's also necessary to observe distance from themselves and their environment. It takes time for dancers/choreographers to observe, ask questions, and then go on and experiment with people and present their perspectives.
Spending time thinking, researching, and discovering their language and methods is necessary for dancers/choreographers. It is difficult for a creator to have a research period in a domestic culture focused on a new creation.
In this video, the five fundamental assignments were:
. How to search for movement without the sight
. How to give time for the body to feel the input of the brain
. How does the body react on the floor?
. Softness and control
. Body of presence
"My goal with this project is to question familiar movement patterns using specific compositional tools. I wish to work on the concept of meaningful movement. Why are we moving in a certain way? Find out why those movements were created and where they can lead me."
